Scott Boland records top bowling average in Tests since World War I

Scott Boland achieved a career milestone with a ten-wicket haul in the fifth Test against India. His performance earned him the best bowling average in men's Test cricket since World War I, according to Wisden.

Patel has 55 wickets at 19.34. He is followed by Jasprit Bumrah (205 wickets at 19.40) and Kyle Jamieson (80 wickets at 19.73).
Betty Wilson holds the top bowling average among women with 50 Test wickets. Wilson took 68 wickets in 11 Tests at an average of 11.80.
