We had the honor to host Ms. Linda Haddad, an occupational therapist at the National Institute for Occupational Health and safety (ISST), for an awareness session on psychosocial risk management at work. 🌱 Many thanks to Mrs. Haddad for her rich and full of practical advice for maintaining the well-being of employees. This course is fundamental to understanding the impact of psychosocial risks on mental health and performance at work. ✨ We also thank all participants for their listening and interest. It was a pleasure to receive a group of distinguished trainers from the training center in plastic, Sousse . It was an important and useful visit, the purpose of which was to discuss our needs in the field of training and ways to develop sustainable partnerships between us. Offre d'emploi : Technicien en Impression UV Nous recherchons un Technicien en Impression UV passionné et expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Le candidat idéal doit avoir une solide expérience dans les procédés d'impression et la gestion des couleurs. Une expérience spécifique en impression UV serait un atout, bien qu'une formation complète sur nos machines d'impression UV soit fournie. Compétences et expériences obligatoires : Expérience dans l'industrie de l'impression, idéalement en impression commerciale ou industrielle. Maîtrise des formats de fichiers et de la préparation des fichiers, y compris AI, PDF, PSD, TIFF, et une compréhension de la différence entre les fichiers en mode raster comme PSD et les fichiers vectoriels comme AI. Gestion des couleurs, y compris CMJN, RVB, fichiers RIB et ajustement des couleurs spéciales. Calibration des machines, incluant les profils ICC, la gestion des couleurs, l’entretien des têtes d’impression et les réglages des supports. Connaissance des encres et des matériaux, particulièrement l'interaction entre les encres UV et diverses surfaces (plastique, surfaces traitées). Compétences de base en retouche graphique pour ajuster les visuels avec des logiciels comme Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop ou CorelDRAW. Capacité à résoudre des problèmes techniques liés aux impressions, tels que les bandes, les désalignements et l’adhérence des encres. Critères supplémentaires (souhaités mais non obligatoires) : Expérience des processus d’impression UV et du séchage par UV. Connaissance des logiciels RIP comme RasterLink, Onyx ou Caldera. Compréhension des étapes prépresse, y compris les fonds perdus, le surimpression et le trapping. Expérience avec les flux de production automatisés et l’impression en série. Connaissance des protocoles de sécurité liés à l’utilisation des encres et imprimantes UV. Environnement de travail et attentes : Poste pratique dans un environnement de production exigeant une grande attention aux détails. Collaboration avec les équipes de conception et de production pour garantir des impressions de haute qualité. Responsabilité de la configuration, de l’entretien et du dépannage des imprimantes afin de minimiser les interruptions de production.
