The new CEO of ENERGO-PRO is Jakub Fajfr. This appointment follows the decision by Petr Milev to step down from his position for personal reasons. Petr Milev has also resigned from the Company's Board od Directors and will become a member of the Supervisory Board. We thank Peter for his outstanding tenure and invaluable contributions to the company’s development over the past 10 years. “I am confident that Jakub will continue on this path and lead the Company to even greater success,” said Petr Milev. Jakub Fajfr has been with ENERGO-PRO Group since 2016, initially as Executive Director for Strategic Development and, since 2023, as a member of the Board of Directors. He has played a key role in driving the Company’s growth and investment strategy.

Today, we are the largest Czech investor in the hydropower sector, owning and operating 45 hydropower plants in 4 countries. From the Czech Republic we have expanded over time into Bulgaria, Georgia, Türkyie and Spain. Our expansion now continues in Latin America – including in Colombia and Brazil. ENERGO-PRO enters Brazil with the acquisition of seven small hydropower plants! The total installed capacity of these plants reaches 90 MW. Brazil is the first country in Latin America where ENERGO-PRO will focus on its core business – the operation of hydropower plants. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in 2024.
