Our International Sales Manager Meeting event was all about shaping the Jokey #strategy 2030 – focusing on our customers, delivering top quality and strengthening collaboration across all departments. Whether in operations, marketing, or sales – #weareonejokey! 🐎 🎤 💬 We listened to insightful keynotes from our Jokey plants and exciting external speakers like Daniel Tertel, who shared his expertise on modern B2B marketing and Lisa Steinhoff from Schwarz+Matt®, who has helped and will be helping us with our Social Media strategies. Our Jokey Türkiye team has taken another big step in expanding our product portfolio - with the successful launch of the Polisan 18 liter bucket named JSP 11700. 🚀🪣 With a 1000T injection machine we realized this project in just 32 weeks! A great example of our teams' dedication in sales, R&D and production. This new product marks another step forward in our long-standing #partnership with Japanes-Turkish paint producer Polisan Kansai Boya. 🌱 Committing to high-quality service, innovative product solutions and sustainability, we have expanded the production capacity for the JSP 11700 bucket with a 2-cavity solution, aligning with our #EcoConcept 4.0 principles. We topped off this project with a SOP event which brought together 17 representatives from Polisan Kansai. Our Jokey sales and technical teams, along with General Manager Hakan Özhuy Ozhuy and COO Thomas Becker, were on-site to support and celebrate this #milestone. 💡A huge thank you to everyone involved for their commitment and expertise. 💡 Insights & Exchange at Jokey Gummersbach! 🏭 Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming around 50 members of the ,Gesellschaft für technische Kunststoffe mbH' to our Gummersbach plant. During an in-depth factory tour, we discussed industry trends, innovations in #sustainable packaging and the future of technical plastics: 💬,,It was an extremely interesting and informative experience.(...) We were able to take away a lot of valuable information for our collaboration. 🚀🙏 Kicking off 2025 at Schwarz+Matt - with fresh ideas and strong collaboration! Last week, Nina Cäcilia Küster, Lena Kraus and Eldar Starcevic of our #JokeyTeam gathered at brand agency Schwarz+Matt for an inspiring workshop to reflect on our social media journey in 2024 and set the course for 2025. The dedicated Angelina Weinholz, Lisa Steinhoff and Alina Losch led us through a thoughtful agenda, including: 🐎 Analysing key learnings from the past year 🐎 Exploring new strategic priorities and emerging trends 🐎 Open discussions about which trends really fit Jokey and how we can adapt to them 🐎 Brainstorming on upcoming events and projects And of course, no good workshop is complete without good coffee, cold drinks, snacks and a lunch, which founder and managing director André Schirmer joined us for. ☕🍽️ #Workshops like this are more than just strategy sessions - they are about coming together as a team, sharing ideas and strengthening personal relationships. Our procurement team recently spent three insightful days at our Jokey plant in Sohland. 🚀 💆💡One of the highlights was a #resilience workshop led by our HR colleagues Tessa Hahn and Sina Lange. Their expertise provided us with valuable strategies to strengthen our ability to navigate challenges in our daily work. Learning how to stay focused, adapt to change and maintain a positive mindset was truly enriching. ➕ In addition to the workshop, we had the chance to take a deep dive into our production processes during a guided plant tour.
