Kerevitaş is a leading company in the Turkish frozen food and margarine market that has been operating since 1970. It introduced the concept of "frozen food product" to Turkish consumers and has since grown to become the company with the richest product portfolio in the frozen food market with over 400 products in 21 categories, including bakery, vegetable and fruit, potato, croquette, meat, frozen bakery, and dessert products. In 2017, Kerevitaş expanded its field of activity by buying all shares of Besler Gıda ve Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“Besler”) and now produces and sells vegetable oil and margarine under 50 brands and 417 SKUs. Kerevitaş operates in 5 factories with the latest technology, ensuring all stages of its products, from raw material selection to end product, are meticulously handled. It holds BRC, ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System, ISO 9001 Quality Management System certificates, and successfully passed the audits carried out by the AIB, proving that it is at world standards with Good Manufacturing Practices. With over 1,500 employees, Kerevitaş exports to more than 60 countries in 6 continents and continues to increase its penetration with innovations to consolidate its leadership in both domestic and export markets. The company is headquartered in Istanbul and has been listed on the Istanbul Stock Exchange since 1995. Kerevitaş attributes its sustainable growth and success to its quality understanding and unconditional customer satisfaction principles.
