MEET THE JUDGES!🧑⚖️👩⚖️ As the CEO of TEB Portföy Yönetimi, Yagiz Oral has over 17 years of experience in banking and investment management. A graduate of Yıldız Technical University in Engineering (2004) and Boğaziçi University with a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance (2006), he specializes in strategic leadership, asset management, and risk analysis. He has held senior roles at leading financial institutions such as DenizBank, HSBC, and BNP Paribas Cardif Türkiye , taking on various responsibilities in asset & liability management and investment management. Additionally, he is currently the Chairman of the Turkish Institutional Investment Managers’ Association (TKYD) and he serves as a Board Member at EFAMA (European Fund and Asset Management Association.

MEET THE JUDGES 👩🏻⚖️🧑🏻⚖️ Zeynep Bozkurt completed her undergraduate degree in Economics at Istanbul University and later obtained her master's degree in International Business from Marmara University. She started her professional career in 2004 as an analyst at IBM Consulting. She then worked as Senior Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers Turkey and as Financial Control Manager at Akbank. Bozkurt worked as Financial Control Manager for two years at HSBC Bank and held the positions of Senior Manager for Financial Control, Group Reporting, and Taxation for four years. She worked as Head of Financial Control and Reporting Department at Akbank from 2018 to 2021. Since January 2021, Bozkurt has been working as CFO at Burgan Bank Türkiye and is also acting the Deputy CEO role. She is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and the member of Audit Committee at Burgan Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. and member of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee at Burgan Finansal Kiralama A.Ş. With over 20 years of experience in banking, financial institutions, audit, and consultancy, Bozkurt has deep expertise in company mergers and acquisitions, company valuations, corporate and financial strategy, and digital transformation.
