The Company specializes in precision machining, surface treatment and subassembly of mission critical aerostructural parts for the commercial aviation market, with end customers including Airbus, Boeing and Bombardier. The Company generates more than 90% of its revenues from international markets with a contracted order backlog of more than US$200 million. We are excited to team up with HMS’s leadership team on the journey to create a global aerospace platform.
