Son dönemde beni en çok umutlandıran haber✨ 6 Şubat depremleri sonrası gönüllü olarak devreye giren tasarımcılar Hatay’ın tarihi ve kültürel kimliğini koruyarak bir şehir planı tasarlamış; işin içinde yaklaşık 40 mimarlık ofisi yer alıyor. Halkı da dahil ederek süreci Türkiye Tasarım Vakfı yönetti ve şehrin master planı devlete teslim edildi. Pilot uygulama başlamış; umarım projenin tamamı Hatay’da uygulanma fırsatı bulur.. Bu arada ne mutlu Hatay’ın tasarım hikayesi Londra’dan “Tasarım Haftası” kapsamında davet almış. Türkiye Tasarım Vakfı iki panelle bu hafta Victoria Albert Müzesi’nde ağırlandı.. #Deal by Colliers: Es ist uns gelungen, in der Reutlinger Innenstadt ein Einkaufszentrum mit Revitalisierungspotential an die per invest zu verkaufen. Hier steht in den nächsten Jahren etwas Großes an. Wie in der unten stehenden Visualisierung zu sehen, entsteht auf einem Grundstück von fast 9.000 m² ein architektonisch äußerst ansprechendes Gebäudeensemble. Dieses innerstädtische Areal, welches zukünftig mit diversen Nutzungen einem prägenden Einfluss auf die Innenstadt haben wird, verfügt dann über ca. 8.000 m² allein an Handels- und Gastronomieflächen. Hinzu kommen noch ca.18.000 qm für Büro und Wohnen. Colliers ist exklusiv mit der Vermarktung der Flächen beauftragt und wir freuen uns schon sehr auf den Start des Vermietungsprozesses. Something great is going to happen here in the next few years. As can be seen in the visualization below, an architecturally extremely attractive building ensemble is being built on a plot of land measuring almost 9,000 m². This inner-city area, which will have a defining influence on the city center in the future with various uses, will then have around 8,000 m² of retail- and F&B- spaces alone. There will be also approx.18.000 square meters for office and living. Colliers is exclusively mandated with the letting process and we are really looking forward to starting the letting process. Zadar’da bulunan projemiz, iki az katlı lüks ve modern rezidans kompleksi olarak tasarlanmıştır. 125 daireden oluşan bu projeyle, Zadar’ın tarihi dokusuna ve doğal güzelliklerine derin bir saygı gösterilmekte, bölgeye özgü unsurlarla estetik bir bütünlük oluşturulmaktadır. Avan proje aşamasında bulunan Zadar Residence projemizin, yıl sonuna kadar ruhsatının alınması hedeflenmektedir.
