Key Responsibilities: Efficient Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, agency creatives, and the agency founder, ensuring synchronization of resources and feedback for optimal project execution. Holistic Project Oversight: Oversee the seamless execution of projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are completed on time. Keep up with Generative AI Tools & Programs: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of how AI is shaping advertising trends. Be curious, search, and feed the creative teams with the best practices of AI-driven creative works from around the world. Use these insights in discussions with clients to reinforce our agency's vision as a leading AI-driven creative marketing agency. Proficient Project Management: Manage project setup, scoping, budgeting, and resource coordination, with a deep understanding of the client’s marketing objectives to drive success. Be meticulous and primarily responsible for ensuring that all work is completed within the agency by adding a strategic brand perspective to every task. Approach each project from a consultative selling perspective to enhance strategic value. Qualification: • 4-7 years of proven experience in client and project management within advertising and brand marketing.  • Strong ability to manage multiple client relationships and engage effectively with agency founders. • Exceptional skills in managing a diverse team of creatives and account executives. • Strategic insight and adaptability to navigate evolving project needs and unexpected challenges. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.  • Advanced level English is a plus. #creativeagency #accountmanager #brandmanager
