Job Description

We are seeking a versatile Analog/RF Integrated Circuit Designer to join our growing IC team in Istanbul.

As an Analog/RF IC Designer, your responsibilities will include:

• Analog IC Design
• High Frequency RF Design, MMIC Design
• Transistor level circuit design, layout, and simulation
• Top-level physical verification and floorplanning
• System and block-level understanding of RF and communication applications
• Product Definition, specification review, feasibility, and architecture choice
• Support post-silicon validation activities
• Use of CAD tools for design and modeling

Qualifications

• Electrical/Electronic Engineer with a BS degree and 3+ years of experience, MS degree and 2+ years of experience, or a PHD degree and 1+ years of experience in CMOS/BiCMOS/GaAs technologies.
• Profound understanding of RF and Analog IC design methodologies
• Experience with EDA tools such as Cadence, ADS, CST, EMPro, EMX
• Proficiency in using CAD tools in the design process.
• Knowledge and experience with 3D EM Modeling and Simulation is a plus.
• Experience on 10+ GHz IC Development is a plus.
• Experience with automotive focused IC development is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• PhD degree is highly preferable.
