Building Stronger Partnerships for a Sustainable Future At our Stakeholder Engagement meeting on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, Ms. Priya Ramsumair-John, Climate Change Specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), encouraged the IMA to strengthen collaborations with other countries to increase our contributions. IDB is ready to help IMA start these partnerships and support our digital transformation. In May 2024, Trinidad and Tobago made a big move toward creating a Blue Carbon Credit Market using marine resources such as mangrove forests. The government signed an agreement with IDB to implement the project, with IMA leading the way. Want to collaborate? Join us and other stakeholders in making a real impact. Together, we can protect our oceans and build a more sustainable future. 🌊 #CollaborateForOceans #BlueCarbon #SustainableFuture #imagovtt #stakeholderengagement #thewayforward #marinepartership #abettertomorrow
