Such a beautiful, tiny little lens!

The lens appears and feels well-made, with a sturdy construction. The images it captures exceed expectations, making it surprisingly good overall. However, the lens mounting is noticeably tighter compared to Leica lenses.

I adore the vintage aesthetic; it's reminiscent of the 28 Summaron.
Its size makes it easy to carry in my pocket or a slim sling bag.

TITANIUM with SONY a7C2 - The perfect Combo - But change the color of the adapter

This lens is gorgeous, very well built ( full metal ) and very beautiful paired with the SONY a7C2 ( Silver Edition). I bought the limited version TITANIUM 28 mm f5.6. Unfortunatly the default ring adapter M-mount to E-mount is BLACK, even if you buy the limited TITANIUM Edition. I found an TITANIUM (Grey) M-mount to E-mount from another Brand ( 7 artisans ) that suit perfectly with this TT-artisans 28 mm f5.6 TITANIUM version. This is a great lens for Street photography if you get in use with " Zone Focusing ". This lens is sharp in the center, but not too much in the corner. This help to give the " Vintage look" from this lense, and in street photography you rarely put the subject on the corner of your frame, so that is not an issue. The contrast is good as well as the color rendering. The fall-off is smooth... Paired with the 33 Mpx sensor of the SONY a7C2, you still retain enough informations to tweak your flavor in post. Really great combo.
Small and light form factor for travel photography : This lens is very small and I leave it on my camera all day long. The form factor is so small that it's seems to be a "point and shoot camera". You are barely not noticable, and the best camera in travel photography is the one that you're not afraid to put out of your bag anywhere and anytime. The 28 mm is wide enough to catch the subject in his environnement without introducing so much distorsion. Great for portraits in reporter photography, and wide enough for most momuments photography without so much barrel distorsion.
The F5.6 doest give a great bokeh, but this lens is for narrative photography, you want to put the subject into a narration by including it in its environment. So I tend to shoot F8 or F11 with this lens. The lens need a little learning curve for people who is not familiar with Full manual lenses, and 28 mm is not a common focal range, but this is an amazing lens for the price, and I highly recommend for fotographers who like to have modern lens with great vintage look, but not have to break the bank.

A landscape lens

It’s a very good lens for landscape or architecture. This lens is obviously not made for portraits. The focus distance (1 meter) is too long for this purpose.
