Yellowstone Season 5: November Premiere Set for Biggest Season Yet
Yellowstone‘s many fans can plan to saddle up for the fifth season in mid-November, when the popular Paramount Network series returns.[pmc_inline_gallery]
Season 5 of the family drama/Western will premiere Sunday, Nov. 13 at 8/7c, where it will be followed by a special simulcast of Yellowstone co-creator Taylor Sheridan’s next offering, Paramount+’s Tulsa King (which stars Sylvester Stallone).
Production is already underway in Montana on Yellowstone’s fifth season, which will literally be a big one. As previously reported, Season 5 will consist of 14 episodes, making it the series’ longest season to-date.
There is a caveat, however: Paramount will be splitting those 14 episodes into two, seven-episode chunks. (Relatedly, here are 5 burning Qs we need answered in Season 5.)
Viewers will recall that in January’s Season 4 finale (recapped in full here), Beth shocked fiancé Rip with an impromptu wedding before running off to blackmail adopted brother Jamie into committing patricide. Meanwhile, John strong-armed a judge into lessening Summer’s sentence to eight months, Kayce saw a vision of “the end” of him and Monica, and Jimmy chose Emily and the Four Sixes over Mia and the Yellowstone.
Speaking of Emily, Kathryn Kelly will return in Season 5 as a full-fledged series-regular status, along with Jen Landon, who plays marble-mouthed ranch hand Teeter.

None of the seasons are on Paramount+. They are on Peacock.

I’ve never understood why CBS gave the streaming rights to Peacock, owned by competitor NBC, instead of keeping Yellowstone on its own streamer Paramount+. Especially when Yellowstone airs on Paramount. Makes no sense and is incredibly confusing to viewers.
Because Paramount+ wasn’t around when the show started. It’s only maybe 2 years old. Peacock has been around since the show was on. So I guess Paramount decided they was better than Netflix at the time. Now Paramount/CBS has to wait for the streaming deal to expire before it comes to Paramount+. That or buy them out I would assume.

Season 5 of Yellowstone is most likely it’s last.
Only Taylor Sheridan knows when it will end and I doubt it will end that soon. I feel that he still has a lot of story left to tell.
Sheridan said in an interview he knew how it would end and was working toward that. Not a long term show. Maybe 6 or 7 seasons. He’s on to new ones. The Sly Stallone one will premiere after the first episode of Yellowstone this season. Like 1883 did. Then move to Paramount+

So the midseason finale is airing on December 25? How does that work fellow Americans?
As we learned this past Easter, they won’t show an episode on a holiday – religious or otherwise. So they could double up on the previous Sunday, or wait until the new year.

I’m loving anything Tony Sheridan does and looking forward to all upcoming shows by him. Especially the crazy beautiful talented Beth, who always keeps us on our toes in Yellowstone!
What channel or streaming service will air Yellowstone Season 5?
My personal opinion and that of a few good friends will not support this show due to the insidious nature and apprehenseable behavior of the ” top dog ” in this show.
Although i have no ill will what so ever. This man hurts people intentionally and is not …by any stretch of the imagination…a good person.
