We’ve got questions, and you’ve (maybe) got answers! With another week of TV gone by, we’re lobbing queries left and right about lotsa shows including #OneChicago, Palm Royale, TWD: The Ones Who Live and The Amazing Race!
1 | In the Apples Never Fall finale, did the character of William exist just to alert Joy to the hurricane she missed back home? Does that mean Joy and “Savannah” never had the car radio on during all their driving, or at the house? Also, Joy walked away from that car crash without a single mark on her?
2 | Not to be too shady, but were you surprised that Drag Race’s Mhi’ya Iman Le’Paige lasted as long as she did? And while Sapphira delivered one helluva performance in the drag awareness seminar challenge, should Q or Jane have won instead?
3 | Do you kind of wish that The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live’s Rick and Michonne had washed the walker blood off her cheek before they started making out/love?
4 | Was anyone else confused about the present day timeline on The Way Home during this past Sunday’s episode? Del was driving Alice to school, but Alice went to work at the café, then was back at home, and we never saw her at school…. Is it still summer, or is it now fall?

13 | Would Shōgun’s “arrow” moment have been extra impactful if it hadn’t been a fixture of trailers for promos for weeks and weeks? And were you unexpectedly moved by the death of Uejirou the gardener?

24 | When Scott Foley’s The Girls on the Bus character broke out into a striptease set to “Pony,” did you think, like Sadie, that you were imagining things?
25 | In 3 Body Problem, why wasn’t Jack more freaked out that someone had been in his house to leave the headset, yet hadn’t shown up on any of the security footage? And were you relieved in the following episode when an incredulous Will asked that exact question?
26 | How annoyed must Bravo be that Real Housewives of Beverly Hills husband Mauricio is having juicy scenes with his wife Kyle about their separation on his Netflix show Buying Beverly Hills?

22. I think he did that to get his attention, if he’d called him Ben he made have made more noise when he turned around and Theo would have lost the chance to motion about the gun.

I also understood it, as a hint, that something wasn’t right.
The proposal might have been cute, if this couple would be plausible at all, which to me it isn’t. Sorry.
I liked Natasha. Until she promoted Sullivan, and denied Maya a fair trial.
Her and Sullivan’s will they won’t they got a little on my nerves and his approach to relationships always seems to be to pop the question after what feels like 5 minutes. I know they have history, but that doesn’t make it more credible.
21) Totally down for more Helm and Mika, and less Levi and Nico.
I want to root for Simone and Lucas, but the way that their tension is written does make it tough at times.
I’m Team Lucas after last night, Simone HAS put herself first and jerked Lucas around.
#4 – Yes, I thought the present timeline was still in summer. Earlier this season Alice told her father she wasn’t spending the summer with him but was staying on the farm.Then she took the summer job at the diner, so when Del mentioned driving her to school, it made no sense. I wonder if the line was supposed to be “drive her to work.”
Pretty sure this season took place over the summer and into fall. They mentioned Alice was starting school an episode or so ago.
Honestly, those were the least of the many problems with Apples Never Fall. But seriously, what a waste of Robert Taylor.
21. All of the relationships on Grey’s fall into the “Don’t Care” category. They’re so not interesting. Not one of them! Well, except maybe Jo & Linc. Anyone else feel that way?
#2-Drag Race – Mhi’ya was a filler queen that shouldn’t have lasted past week 3. Other than flipping, really couldn’t do anything else. And she went out as a poor sport, throwing her cape over Morphine. Tacky. Q and Plane Jane had a better presentation, they should have won.
THIS! Mhi’ya intentionally tried to sabotage Morphine with the cape. Poor sport and completely unacceptable behavior. It’s one thing to block a queen by dancing in front of her, it’s way over the line to throw a garment over her whilst she’s performing a stunt. Morphine could’ve been seriously injured. Mhi’ya has no class.
Q and Jane should’ve won. They had the best presentation. Why were they even all judged separately?
As for Survivor, there’s no way Bhanu watched the show and STILL be that clueless about it. It’s either all an act (he is an actor, after all. Check his IMDB profile) and his appearance on the show is just his way to get publicity or he’s really dumb.
In complete agreement. Mhi’ya had been in the bottom three times previously. I was surprised she was not sent home the third time. And the move with her skirt was just awful. She really could have hurt Morphine. As for the win, based on the judges comments, Q and Jane were the best group that night. And Jane gave Q the credit for two of the jokes that were singled out as very funny by the judges. Both of them, but especially Q deserved the win. Just as this week, the two winners were also clearly the best of the night, and actually got the win they deserved. Sometimes the judges are wrong.

I think it’s great that there is a Big Leap connection with both Scott Foley & Adam Kaplan starring in the Girls on the Bus.
