In the latest TV ratings, NBC’s Chicago Fire was Wednesday’s most-watched show, while CBS’ Survivor dominated the night in the demo.
NBC | Back from a(nother) multi-week break, Chicago Med (with 5.6 million total viewers and a 0.4 rating) was down across the board, Chicago Fire (6.1 mil/0.4) was steady and Chicago P.D. (5 mil/0.4) added eyeballs.
CBS | Survivor (4.8 mil/0.8) and The Amazing Race (2.7 mil/0.4) both rose in the demo.
ABC | Jeopardy! Masters scored series lows (4.2 mil/0.4) with its Season 2 premiere. Enjoying a better lead-in, Abbott Elementary (2.5 mil/0.4) rose to its best Wednesday audience since Feb. 14 and ticked up in the demo, though (the seemingly renewed?) The Conners (2.2 mil/0.3) plunged to a season (series?) low in audience.
FOX | The Masked Singer (3 mil/0.4) and Animal Control (1.2 mil/0.2) each lost some viewers.
THE CW | Walker (455K) was down in audience, but Sight Unseen (369K) was up.

The Live+Same Day numbers reported in TVLine’s daily-ish ratings column do NOT reflect a television program’s overall performance, given the increased use of delayed playback via DVR and streaming platforms, plus out-of-home viewing. These numbers (Nielsen fast nationals, unless specifically denoted in bold as finals) instead aim to simply illustrate trends or superlatives. Steve Harvey is not a judge or lawyer and merely offers an alternative forum of dispute resolution.
Goes to show you how scheduling and time slots are big factors in ratings. Corners lower than Abbott because it moved
It’s clear that ABC wanted to kill “The Conners”. Their highest rated comedy for the past 6 years and they get this kind of treatment.
The Conners is nearing it’s end anyway. That was all but confirmed by cast and crew. This move is not ABC trying to kill it.
Yes, I’m aware the show is ending. But moving it to timeslot where ABC knew it would lose viewership shows how much they care about the show in the first place. It’s just 4 more episodes this season and only 6 next season, why not just let it keep it’s original timeslot and go out on a high?
Did anyone else think this weeks Chicago PD was filmed weirdly? Like they did something different with the camera, seemed low budget.
Honestly, who wants to watch yet another Jeopardy tournament? No surprise the ratings are down.
Maya back. They knew she would be.
