🚀The application of controlling the piston pump to reduce motor horsepower. 🔹The 24-hour continuous operation of the sludge dewatering equipment requires a pressure of 210 bar when squeezing the sludge, resulting in significant daily power consumption. 🔹The customer utilizes the HHPC pump's two-stage pressure/two-stage flow control functionality to reduce motor horsepower. Under prolonged operation, the overall oil temperature of the piston pump can be lower than that of a fixed displacement pump. 🔹Application case: A 170L pump operates at 210 bar using only a 20 horsepower motor. Benefit: Reduce idle time noise and power consumption. Compared to fixed displacement pump, it has a simpler manufacturing process.
