酒店環境一流，熱帶雨林度假村名副其實，適合自駕遊入住，從大馬路進去至少一公里，房間遍佈在樹林之間，空氣清新，員工微笑服務。 房間設施以木結構泰式為主，乾淨，唯一的敗筆是毛巾和浴巾，太破舊了（見照片），沒敢用，衹能用於踩腳擦乾。 早餐以泰餐為主，管飽，餐廳臨海，環境優雅，邊用餐邊欣賞清晨平靜的大海。兩個泳池，一個在海邊，一個在臨近公寓樓的樹林中，各有特色。 酒店總體不錯，衹要價格適合，下次還會入住。

The Paradise Hill is located on the western coast of Koh Chang, next to many other hotels and restaurants. As with all locations here, you need a car or a motorbike to get around. The staff are very friendly and helpful, whatever our request was. The rooms are very clean and spacious, and as far as I can tell, they all have a balcony big enough to sit on it comfortably. Breakfast was very good, a lot of Asian food, though. For me that's perfectly ok, but I know not all western tourists like that. But then again, you also have toast, eggs, sausages and corn flakes. Next to the hotel is a huge pool area, with sliders and stuff, a paradise for kids for sure. If I ever go visit Koh Chang again, I will definitely consider staying here again.

酒店的裝修讓人眼前一亮，酒店不大，服務特別好，讓人很舒心，有問題都很快給解決好。酒店沒有私人沙灘，早餐也是西式為主，總體來説性價比挺高的。房間很大，就是有些小蟲子這些也沒辦法完全避免，酒店的位置也很好，周圍餐廳很多，離卡貝大象營很近，附近還有711，很便利。唯一覺得不好的就是被子和被套，一翻身裏面的被芯很容易跑，每天都要服務員整一下才行。

I'm here again at”The Splash Koh Chang” my favourite hotel for our family especially for my little 2 kids. They always love water slide and my husband still love the beach with a beautiful sunset. We would like to recommend this hotel for everyone and you will fall in love with this hotel like us.

Traveling to Koh Chang on Songkran Day, if the Accor Group uses benefits, it must be considered. Mercure Koh Chang Hideaway booked a Standard room but was upgraded to a Deluxe Seaview room and received Platinum benefits. Quite complete. The room is okay. I like it because I have to pay only 1,402 baht per night. The room is full due to a long holiday. I'm glad I upgraded. I have reserved 3 rooms, there are welcome drinks for all 3 rooms. For dinner, most of the guests leave their stomachs at the Buffet Hotel because it is Songkran Festival. Accor Plus cannot use the discount at all. The price is not expensive, only 530 baht per person, but.. Phra Chuay Thai food is delicious. Anyone staying here recommends trying Thai food. The happy hour here is satisfyingly long from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Anyone who eats the buffet will receive a buy 1 free 1 promotion until 10:00 p.m., very worthwhile. The highlight of this place is a lot of photo angles, and taking beautiful photos, but the beach is not okay, which is a weak point. The sea water is hardly played because there are a lot of rocks. I mostly stay at the swimming pool 100% recommend if anyone sleeps here to relax and snorkel on the last day, come back to swim at the pool, take chic photos and eat buffet 🙂 Breakfast is quite suitable for Thai people, focusing on spicy Thai food. It also has my favorite pizza. The hotel has a Starbucks on the beach but does not participate in a star or membership program. For me, April 13-15 is a rest day. I'm pretty happy here. Let's just say for Accor members or group members. If anyone comes to Koh Chang, recommend here. You can get both nights and points. If there is any problem during your stay, I suggest you don't wait, hurry and share with him. He knows the problem and is ready to take care of it immediately. This place is heaven on earth! The welcome at reception sets the tone for the rest of your stay! We arrived with back packs from Pattaya and We were treated like VIPs. Absolute top class! Staff are amazing! Food was amazing. The rooms are outstanding and the local town is warm and friendly! The random visits from monkeys is an amazing addition! But be aware, they actually do creep up on you and open your room doors!! Staff aren’t joking! We’ve stayed on many islands and many places in Thailand but our expectations were exceeded here. The grounds are well kept, the surroundings are superb! My only disappointment was that the tides were high so we didn’t have any beach during our stay! (No fault of Sylvan!) I just hope the cost doesn’t get too high that they price us out of spending another break there next year!

拿到房卡入住了才發現，我定的兩個一樣的房間，最後給了一個正房，一個偏房。如果兩個房間屬於一個別墅也就罷了，關鍵是兩個房不在一個別墅，就是兩個相鄰的別墅。大概是為了兩個房間相近還是怎樣？總歸有個房間降級了有點不爽。酒店太熱門衹訂到一晚，衹住一晚就懶得扯了。早餐比天堂度假村豐富好吃，餐廳也涼快，就是人多用電負荷大，早上刷牙房間就停了幾次電，去吃早餐又停了幾次電，烤一片麪包，斷斷續續幾次供電，烤了好久。泳池雖然沒有滑梯，但是比較大，泳池旁邊一排面朝大海的座椅，好不愜意哦。不少人在海灘玩耍，這裏的海灘也比較平緩，但浪比天堂大一點，走出很遠，水還很淺。有人膽子大，走出好遠，衹看到一個腦袋若隱若現，看得我好緊張。房間地板是瓷磚，很冰，不能打赤腳，門口也是木紋地磚，很潮濕，容易打滑。都是在海邊，在天堂度假村就能晾乾衣服，這裏晾一晚還能擠出水。或許住公寓樓就可以。酒店對面的餐廳乾淨好吃，性價比高，我們吃了兩頓。6個人不到400人民幣。我發現中國人點的都比別人多，好能吃，嘻嘻，不過他們這裏菜量不大，比芭提雅少。我們租了車，山路彎急坡大，車是加柴油的，油費不貴，省油，爬坡還省力，挺有趣的體驗。路遇一個猴子，給它一袋餅乾，後來來了一羣猴子，又給了它們一些水果，結果都被這個大猴子搶走了，很有趣。開車去了幫寶漁村，人很少很少，破破舊舊的，海鮮也一般，蟹沒啥肉，不如我在芭提雅海鮮市場的好吃，但這裡是我泰國之行最貴的一頓，吃了7000多泰銖，最貴的皮皮蝦，4000泰銖，個頭大，但肉不肥。性價比最低的一餐。

This was our fifth visit to this hotel since 2016. The hotel is outdated, physically outdated. The rooms started to just crumble. Outlets fall out, plumbing flows in the wrong place. Mattresses are old. Bed linen and towels are old and have been washed many times. Many rooms are closed due to technical problems and are not available for living. The wooden platform of the hotel has become dangerous for those who weigh more than a centner. In many places the boards fell through, the nails stick out. Breakfast spoiled, this can not be called breakfast: coffee - sachet 3in1; cheap sandwich - with a foul-smelling filling, a boiled egg, seasonal unripe fruits in paper trays ... WI-FI works very poorly. Thirty different access points and no speed. There is no management at the hotel, since it is all in GajaPuri, in The Stage there are only technical staff who are not able to resolve emerging issues .. After five days of stay, we were forced to leave this hotel, as it was uncomfortable and dangerous to stay in it. The process of returning the money was delayed for the whole day. Only the active participation of Booking.com and the mention of the tourist police helped to resolve the situation. As a result: the hotel is highly recommended for visiting. OK why am I giving 3 and not a 5 star rate, for a couple of key points, but let's start with a positive points. Great location, and beautiful property, nice pool (although at the time we visited the pool was green it didn't bother us but it might bother you) and facilities. Nice breakfast, good happy hour. Nice rooms with great balconies. Now into the details that I didn't like. - The room wasn't well clean, since day 1, even when we checked in we didn't have towels and had to wait couple of hours to get towels and after requesting several times. We also noticed that all floors had different cleaning staff, maybe we weren't lucky, we were on the room 233. - Poor and old amenities in the room. We had a super old shower cap in the room with hairs, really unacceptable for a 4 star hotel, and that was it for amenities, and the tray their were supposed to be displayed was dirty with hairs and dust. - somehow the room was missing something, maybe the cleaning part, because it missed the wow factor that it could have. - the hotel promotes tours with elephant riding which in my opinion is BIG NO and unacceptable. - the egg station in the breakfast was working in a strange way, if you wanted a fired egg they had already several done and in a super odd shape, not natural. I don't understand why to have egg station if you don't preper them fresh. - the staff in the reception was not costumer service mind or service minded, maybe they need a workshop for all staff members in this hotel, maybe it's a management problem or still covid recovery problem. I don't know this hotel has such a great potential maybe it's the best hotel in the island and some details are missing. Another annoying point, but this is not the hotels fault is just a warning, so much people taking Instagram pictures everywhere, to the point that it's annoying. People are not experiencing the place instead they are taking pictures to post online, and it kills the vibe. I hope someone reads it and it creates an impact in how this hotel is managed, spec3the cleaning and attention to detail. Would I return yes, again I believe that this is one of the best hotels in the island. This is not a complain althout it might sound, it's more notes for improvement. Hope next time I can give a 5 star rating.

Affitto scooter in loco.

Warm, friendly helpful staff comfortable rooms with all you need. This is not 5 star luxury, but is so much more, people doing their best, going that bit further. Ohhhhh and the beach stunning never saw more than 40 people on it... Comfortable cabins we had 17and 18 which looked bigger. It's not a Hilton or a Marriott or the like but is much more fun. Island life island pace ....

Une honte! Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel Suanya pour passer quelques jours au calme et dans un cadre idyllique. Malheureusement ce ne fut pas le cas…. À la découverte du cadre nous avons été enchanté cet enchantement s’est très vite transformé en déception puis en colère. En effet la chambre qui nous a été proposé se trouvait être insalubre! Elle ne se situe pas dans le complexe de l’hôtel mais à l’extérieur dans un bâtiment qui ne donne aucune envie d’y entrer! Aucune fenêtre, un « balcon » donnant sur les égouts! La salle de bain était le pire de cette « chambre » présence de saletés de moisissures et de rouilles sur la porte et la robinetterie! L’aération donnant sur les égouts des vagues d’odeur immonde imprégnaient la pièce, de plus la présence de trous laissaient tout le loisir aux divers insectes d’investir notre « chambre ». Le lit n’avait pas de couverture nous en avons demandé et nous avons eu le droit à un plaid et une serviette… Nous avons demandé au personnel de changer de chambre mais pour seul réponse nous avons eu « c’est complet! ». Le personnel n’a eu aucune considération pour notre bien être, peu aimable dans toute circonstances. Nous avons donc quitté l’hôtel plus tôt pour trouver meilleur et dans des prix similaires! A fuir!

Very nice property. Recently renovated. Everything works. Beach is clean, clear water. Lots of gardening and coconut groves. Very good breakfast, considering it's an island. Restaurant also cooks good food and reasonably priced. Kayaks and snorkels available for free. Kids loved it. Added attraction - there is a freindly talking Sulphur Cockatoo named Toby, kids loved it. Not much option to go out there is a small eatery on the right side of gate. Beautiful Shantaa Kohkood is just opposit, nice for an early dinner. Overall value Very good experience in Koh Kood paradise.

Ristorante con buona cucina e terrazze sul mare. Personale, cordiale, gentile, sorridente. Centro massaggi interno al resort con massaggiatrici abili, sorridenti gentilissime. Affitto scooter in loco.

Warm, friendly helpful staff comfortable rooms with all you need. This is not 5 star luxury, but is so much more, people doing their best, going that bit further. Ohhhhh and the beach stunning never saw more than 40 people on it... Comfortable cabins we had 17and 18 which looked bigger. It's not a Hilton or a Marriott or the like but is much more fun. Island life island pace ....
