雖是老酒店,但是整體硬件設施還是非常好的,一面是海,一面是城市,走路到加雅街幾分鐘,出門對面就是榴蓮街。旁邊是商場,打車到機場也方便(我們凌晨五點打grap也很快接單)。不足的是淋浴間的淋浴頭,水一關掉就掉下來,不知道是我不會弄還是本身就壞了。夜間總是有沖水的聲音,有點吵。酒店內玻璃瓶裝水是免費的。房卡木質的,很特別。房間裏插座可以直接用國內插頭,無需轉換頭。進出門都有人幫忙開門,前台有一個小姐姐會中文,整體是推薦的

住的轉角房,海景很漂亮,床品躺上去很舒適(此處拉踩凱悦尚萃,感覺床上很潮),衣櫃格子就在洗臉枱旁邊,洗澡前放些零零碎碎的首飾很方便。 大部分設施維持得不錯,小細節不太注意,肥皂盒已經泛黃了,另外就是水質不好,不過這也是亞庇整體的問題。 酒店在飛機航網上,我們住的高樓層,聲音確實大,我們睡眠好覺得無所謂,睡眠淺的人還是慎選。 早飯的拌麪蠻好吃的,泳池配套有點簡陋了,早上11點去告訴我們沒有浴巾了,行政酒廊和酒吧看日落都很好,此處也感謝行政酒廊一位戴眼鏡的經理讓我們延遲退房了。

設施:有私家小海灘,不規則泳池,水是真滴乾淨,落日很出片,房間還有浴缸🛁。 環境:裝潢相對久遠,風格相對舊派,打車得繞一圈山體進來,基本要7到10分鐘才能完成接駕。隔壁可以去麥哲倫溜達下,碼頭就在邊上很方便。 服務:有中文前台,可以寄存行李,還有電子秤提供,方便搭廉航。房間收拾很乾凈,還疊了衣服,點贊! 餐食:早餐挺豐富的,就是坐陽台會被鳥來偷吃,每天看到服務生在打理。但是不得不吐槽這128的晚上自助餐,比早餐選擇性差多了,也沒啥肉,海鮮衹有大蝦,如果不是下雨我寧願打車去吃海鮮大餐,對比隔壁麥哲倫的餐廳差了不少。 負一的粵菜館拍烏蠅多可惜。 總體來説,去跳單需要碼頭不想早起來可以選擇一下。預算夠可以看看隔壁家😊

酒店很大,有很多娛樂設施適合親子出遊。我訂的是海景房,前台給的房間是一樓的有陽台可以走出去到海灘,但是房間的風景被一顆巨大的樹擋住了,這個酒店特別大走到前台挺遠的,所以想着先打電話過去問問有沒有可以換的房間,電話轉到了一個會説中文的女士接聽説查好會打電話回過來,過了十五分鐘沒有回覆,我們又打電話過去問處理的怎麼樣了,那邊説他會催他的同事處理。然後我們又在房間等了20分鐘,忍無可忍,直接走去酒店前台諮詢,這回前台一下就給我換到了六樓的房間。中間耽誤了我們40分鐘讓我們空等,本來想着可以下去閑逛一下慢悠悠看日落了。酒店服務有待改進。

先説優點,這次兩家亞庇的香格里拉酒店都入住了。如果僅考慮沙灘、海水、游泳、度假的話,莎莉雅的性價比要更高一些,人少景美。這次訂的套餐是含早、晚自助餐。入住第一天是海鮮之夜的自助,第二天晚上就換成當地風味菜餚偏多的自助,食品豐富超我的預期。酒店有接駁班車免費市區接送,我們開始不知道,自己打Crab到酒店還花了100多馬幣。酒店提供的娛樂項目很多,例如叢林探險、觀鳥等等,不過都需要額外付費,而且這裏沒有能講中文的員工。房間乾淨,床軟硬舒適,枕頭也舒服。衞生間沒有淋浴房,淋浴需要站在浴缸裏。房間服務響應有點慢,我們要兩瓶水送房間等了將近兩個小時,又催了一次才送來,感覺要放鬆心態慢慢等才能保持心情愉悦。

I recently stayed at Gayana Marine Resort in Kota Kinabalu, and my experience was far from the luxurious retreat I expected. Upon arrival, the sight of trash washing up to the resort was disheartening, contradicting the high-end image they market. The overall experience fell short of the luxury standard promised, leaving me thoroughly disappointed with my stay. The picturesque setting I anticipated was marred by the unsightly presence of debris, negatively impacting the ambiance of the resort. Despite their claims of being a high-end destination, the reality was quite different. While the potential for a beautiful and upscale experience is evident in the resort's concept, my stay was unfortunately overshadowed by the stark contrast between expectations and reality. I hope this feedback encourages improvements so that future guests can truly enjoy the premium experience they anticipate when choosing Gayana Marine Resort.

We enjoyed our time at Bungaraya very much. After being in the jungle for 7 days, it was a very welcome bit of luxury and relaxation. We transferred across to Gaya Island whilst the sunset which was very special. It only took about 20 minutes. To disembark the boat, you have to literally climb over the seats to access the jetty which is not ideal. This could be very tricky for anyone with mobility issues. We were met by the manager Karl at the jetty, who gave us a welcome drink and a short tour of the resort by buggy before showing us to our room. Karl was a very attentive manger. He was always about chatting to guests and checking they were enjoying their stay. The grounds are beautiful, with 30 different varieties of Hibiscus. The resort was built with minimal impact on the jungle, with structures being placed between the trees, rather than cutting them down. There are 48 detached villas here but you wouldn’t know it from the water. This means the buildings are quite hidden from the beach, so there are no sea views as such unless you have a pool villa which are low level and in front of the beach. However, these were not very private. The rooms higher up the hill are much more hidden behind the tree canopy. There are very steep hills up to some rooms but there are plenty of buggys to get a lift. There was lots of wildlife around resort. We saw Monitor Lizards, Macaques, Hornbills, lots of butterflies, Geckos, Wild Boar, and Snakes. There were sand flies about at times but they did not bother us too much. It is extremely quiet here. Most days we had the pool area to ourselves. We only saw a handful of other guests throughout the day and at meal times. ROOM Very spacious with a nice large balcony area which had a lounge area and table and chairs. We enjoyed sitting out first thing in the morning with a coffee watching the Hornbills. The bed was large and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well. Showers were hot and there were plenty of good sized towels. Toiletries and a small insect repellent was provided. There is no WiFi in the rooms but we were in villa 17 which could pick up the WiFi from the Pantai Grill restaurant. They do offer room service for a 25RM charge but there is no literature in the room advertising this. The menu is on the Echo Resorts app but we were not aware of the app until we went to book Spa treatments. With no WiFi in most rooms I’m not sure how this service would work? RESTAURANTS The Long House Restaurant was closed for refurbishment when we were there unfortunately. We ate at the pool on the first day but service was extremely slow as all the food and most drinks were being brought up by buggy from the Pantai Grill. If we’d have known, we would have just walked to Pantai. The Pantai Grill restaurant was excellent. Very extensive menu, almost too much choice! We enjoyed every meal here. We spent 3 nights at Gaya Island Resort and had a great time, I thought I would write a review because there are a few things worth considering before you go. Firstly, the place itself is amazing, the staff are super friendly and caring - probably the most professional I have ever experienced in my many years of travelling. So all in all it was a wonderful stay. The things worth noting are as follows: 1. The sunbeds, I think may have mentioned it and it's worth mentioning again - there are nowhere near enough. When you pay and arm and a leg to stay at a beautiful resort it is annoying that they haven't found a way to add more sunbeds. People get there early, throw on their towels and stay or disappear and the seat is gone for the day. This is a solvable issue and the resort should so something about it. 2. Check in is after 3 - could be later - and it's not flexible, so if you are arriving earlier be prepared to sit around waiting for your room. It would be nice if they could flex a little as waiting hours for a room without your bags is not a joy, but it is what it is. 3. Eating - you are on the resort, so you are eating in one of their restaurants - no other options available. There are a few restaurants so not really a problem (we did the hot pot restaurant and it was great), but good to be aware. By far the most expensive places we ate in Malaysia, but I guess given the quality of the resort it wasn't a surprise and the main restaurant is reasonable enough. 4. Activities - my wife and daughter did the cooking class and loved it, we did the night walk - which was fun and me and my son did the coral garden. The Coral garden was fun and I was lucky to see a big old shark. However there is a large amount of plastic floating on the surface of the water that is quite concerning and makes the whole place not feel so clean. The corals and fish look healthy so may be fine, but be prepared to swim through bottles and crisp bags to see the fish. The local resorts and local authorities should really work together to resolve and you pay the tourist tax, so not sure where that's going, but not to plastic clearance by the look of it. Hope that's helpful. all in all, it's a beautiful place to stay, could just do with a tweak here and there to make it even better

環境舒適,隔音又很好,非常衛生,算是亞庇旅行中最滿意的住宿! 唯一美中不足的是,當時入住的房間馬桶圈整整小了馬桶一大圈,感覺是用兒童坐墊替代,這件事對於一家國際酒店來說滿誇張的錯誤。因為我會覺得可能會觸碰到馬桶這件事感受非常噁心。另一件事則是,閱讀燈是壞掉的。 反應之後並沒有其他措施表達補償之意,只是佔用我們的時間,等待至少超過1小時的時間讓工程師維修。這個應對態度、處理結果和速度也滿差的。 總體來說,問題也算有解決,如果有需要還是會選擇這家酒店落腳👍🏼
