|距離市中心6.69kmA wonderful stay at this B&B near the center of Kosice! The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, and the rooms are clean and cozy. The staff's hospitality is excellent, making you feel right at home. We needed an earlyer check in and they didn't esitate to help us.

|距離市中心6.46kmMy partner and I recently stayed at The Ambassador Hotel in Košice, and our experience left us with mixed feelings. Despite its promising location within Košice, the hotel overall did not live up to our expectations, especially considering the price point. Upon arrival, the check-in process was unexpectedly lengthy. With only one receptionist available who was preoccupied with a demanding couple ahead of us, we were left waiting for an uncomfortably long time. The procedure itself felt unnecessarily tedious, requiring details that seemed excessive for a simple check-in. The hotel's condition significantly detracted from our stay. It appeared tired and in need of maintenance, with visible wear and tear throughout the premises. Our room was particularly disappointing; from a malfunctioning bathroom door handle, water damage around the sink, to a low-pressure shower and a lack of proper heating. The absence of a blackout blind, a clunky TV menu, and a carpet that was both faded and worn further contributed to our room's lackluster ambiance. Additionally, the tea and coffee amenities were unsatisfactorily tucked away in the wardrobe, and the presence of a cheap plastic trolley in the bathroom was not what we expected from a hotel that claims luxury status. Breakfast was another letdown, with a noticeable lack of labeling on the food items, including allergen information. The options were limited for those who do not eat pork or are allergic to eggs. Although soya milk was available upon request, it was not readily accessible. While the hotel's location in Košice is undeniably convenient, other aspects such as the wellness spa left much to be desired. The spa required a private booking at an additional cost of 25 euros and a two-hour preparation time, which seemed unreasonable for what is marketed as a luxury amenity. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the overall state of the hotel, combined with the disappointing breakfast and the restrictive access to the wellness spa, means we are unlikely to return. For a hotel that positions itself within the luxury market, The Ambassador Hotel falls short in delivering the quality and service one would expect for the price.

|距離市中心2.83kmHotel is a great option for a stay on Košice. I have visited KE multiple times and this first time staying outside the city center. Hotel is very clean and room was excellent size with all modern in room amenities. Location although not in city center, is directly across from a very good shopping center and restaurants. Taxi to Košice Center is only 5mins / €7. Breakfast was very good, and staff very friendly.

I arrived early and was able to get into my room straight away which was a massive bonus - I would have been happy just to leave my case. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly throughout my stay. There was an excellent varied breakfast which got me off to a very good start to the day. The hotel also has a spa with sauna, steam room and Jacquzzi to unwind in from 5pm which I used every day.

The staff are very helpful. The rooms have comfortable beds and good size televisions. The location is so perfect as you are on the main street without the noise. Plenty of eating and drinking options nearby.

|距離市中心2.72kmLovely and reasonably priced. Reception staff was helpful explaining the city, transportation and accommodating our extra requests. The restaurant food was nice and the bar staff was EXCELLENT, had a bottle of local wine and they took the time to decant it and give us the full wine tasting experience. We stayed here for the race, they opened breakfast early for the runners (7am) and arranged a cab for us at 7:45. Be sure to book a cab in advamce as they are busy the morning of the race. In retrospect we could have gotten a cab a bit later, 8:15 or so, as it was very easy to get to the start of the race at 9am.

The room was clean and large but the bathroom was poorly cleaned. There is no air conditioning in the room, the roof windows cannot be opened when it is raining so the air is not fresh. The breakfasts were very sp****, a lot of food was lacking. For vegan only bread and apples :(

|距離市中心6.63kmGreat location - few minutes walk from train station, about 3 minutes walk to the center of Košice. The hotel is located on a calm side street, though. The staff were professional, kind and helpful. They gave us great advise on what to do, see and visit in the city during our stay. :) Spacious room with a big and comfortable bed. Sleeping area and living room were separated, which was great. The accommodation was clean and cozy. Better than expected! Hotel spa was beautiful but way too small. There were not enough deckchairs and seats in the relaxing area which made it a bit uncomfortable when there were more guests in the spa. We ended up just using the jacuzzi and went straight back to our room. We were told the spa can only be visited by guests over the age of 15 but in the end there were some kids in the spa each evening. It was therefore a bit noisy but we did not mind. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome drinks :) The hotel restaurant is really beautiful, it's a winter garden with many plants, flowers and a fountain in the middle of the room. Fresh air, birds singing and quiet music playing in the background create an amazing calming atmosphere. The breakfast was also good, variable.
