Achtung: Es heisst Jaz Mirabel Resort, dies besteht aber aus Park, Club und Beach. Preis war gleich, ob wir Club oder Beach Standart Zimmer buchten, aber bei Standart Zimmer Beach ist man näher am Meer und kann die Adults only bereich benutzen. Zahlt man gleich viel erhält man beim Club weder zugang zum Adults only Bereich und läuft jeweils mind. 800 Meter zum Strand. Finde ich eine verarschung beim gleichen Preis, vor allem kann man dies niergends rauslesen. Zudem war der Steg zum Schnorcheln erst ab 15 oder 16 Uhr geöffnet und hat um 18:00 Uhr wieder geschlossen. Man bucht Strandurlaub zum Schnorcheln und kann genau 2 Std. pro Tag schnorcheln gehen beim Hauseigenen riff. Essen: Abwechslungsreich, vor allem viele Desserts. Gefallen hat uns der BBQ Bereich (Fisch oder Fleisch). Getränke benötigten mind. 15 Minuten und wurden nur in kleinen Gläser zum Essen serviert, also mussten wir immer wieder neu Bestellen. Draussen konnten wir gut sitzen, nur war nie getischt und wir mussten zuerst Mitarbeiter oder Besteck zusammensuchen. Bar: Strandbar eine Katastrophe, viel zu viele Leute (aus drei Hotels) für 1-3 Personen. Keine Selbstbedienung an Softgetränken bzw. der Automat beim Snackrestaurant ging nicht. Wer morgens an Strand geht hat bis 10:00 Uhr nicht mal Wasser. Am Abend gab es nur die Lobby Bar, alles überfüllt und lange Wartezeiten auf Getränke, obwohl das Hotel weit weg von Ausgebucht war. Unvorstellbar, wenn man bedenkt dass noch viele Gäste kommen könnten! Getränke naja Snackrestaurant: Es gab eins am Strand und eins auf der Gegenüberliegenden Seite. Beide servierten genau das gleiche. Und ganz klar nur Junk Food (Friitiertes und Brote)! Wo ist da die Logik zwei gleiche Snacksbar nebeneinander mit dem selben Angebot? Weshalb nicht noch ein Grillrestaurant oder eins International und eins Ägyptisch / Arabisch / Nordafrika? Junkfood nein danke! Zimmer: Alles funktionierte, Reinigung ok, nichts spezielles. Nach 4 Tagen haben wir das Hotel gewechselt, da es für so einen Kurzaufenthalt ok war aber länger wäre es richtig Langweilig geworden, vor allem wenn man sich auf Schnorcheln und Schwimmen einstellt!

Öncelikle otel çok güzel temizlik,deniz, havuzlar inanılmaz güzel. Denizde ger türlü balığı görüyorsunuz. Cocuklar için sıcak havuzları var. Temizlik konusunda çok fazla iyiler . Restoranlar yeterli bence yiyecek içecek bir şeyler buluyorsunuz. Restauranta çalışan Mohammed Ali , Ahmed Yahia , Ahmed Essam hepsine çok teşekkür ediyorum. Özel olarak her gün bizimle ilgilendiler. Animosyon Ekibi mükemmel cok arkadaş canlısı bir ekip Ayrıca onlarada teşekkür ederim. Tabiki herşey dört dörtlük değil fakat aileniz ile gidebileceğiniz en güzel hotel bence. Teşekkürler Pickalbatros Royal Moderna.

酒店很不錯但是能做的更好。這個價格完全可以考慮其他品牌，因為服務很影響體驗，風景是很美的，浮潛很垃圾。 Overall, the hotel was satisfactory, and the environment was well-maintained. 99% of the staff were very friendly, with ZIYAD standing out as the most enthusiastic in the restaurant – we really appreciated his service. However, for a hotel of this standard, there are a few issues that were hard to overlook: The weekly party was extremely noisy. 1.Although it only happened once a week, it lasted until 11 PM, which made it difficult to relax in the room. Even if we weren’t trying to sleep, the noise was disruptive and frustrating. 2.The behavior of the photo service staff was disappointing. They were very enthusiastic at first, but once we declined their offer, their attitude became completely indifferent. In fact, after our interaction, they would look away when we crossed paths again, which felt very unprofessional. 3.One of the restaurant staff, named Mohamed, was particularly rude. He showed little interest in answering our questions and was generally impolite. After reporting this issue, I expected things to improve, but even after the complaint, he continued to avoid eye contact and ignore us during subsequent encounters. This left me questioning whether the hotel truly cares about guest experience and why a few staff members can be so disrespectful. 4.The snorkeling experience was quite poor. This was a letdown, considering the hotel's offerings and expectations.

我們11月初在酒店早上我們到酒店我們被帶上帶我們等了一個小時我們有一間大海景房,有大陽台,離海灘和餐館很近,有個大吵鬧的房間,我們有個水果籃,冰箱裏有飲料,每天換洗的毛巾酒店的地盤很大,而且很舒適,樹木和綠樹,酒店的地盤有3家餐廳,拉卡特,提供美味的食物,我們用了海灘附近的餐廳,小室,服務員,美味的食物,我們沒有餓早餐吃蛋,烤蛋,,,,果,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,在酒店的地盤上還有一個溫泉,按摩很棒,推薦,在酒店的地盤上有兒童俱樂部和遊樂場,遊樂場也在海灘上在水上公園的游泳池滑行,孩子們可能不會感到無聊海灘上有很多人躺着,總會有東西我們回來休息了我相信你很成功

The food is truly atrocious and is obvious aimed at a Russian/Eastern European market . Consisting of many pickled foodstuffs, far too much emphasis on sickly sweet desserts.With main evening meals a particular disappointment, braised liver being one of the “highlights” . We ended up eating many more meals out than in even though we’d paid for all inclusive. This proved difficult in the mornings though as it was hard to find alternatives open early . The hotel itself is rundown and in need of obvious extensive repair . The rooms were sort of tidy but had no mosquito netting on the windows, which was a particular problem given the mosquito issues there. The shower was ice cold at peak times , we often had to ask for towels and replacement loo rolls. We had to ask for a move due to our bathroom flooding, when we moved we discovered that the kettle didn’t work . We went to reception and my wife was told that we’d obviously broken it , it wasn’t until we informed them that we’d only had the room for an hour that they realised their error - truly awful way to treat guests, and even then they swapped for another faulty one that had to be I switched at the mains in order to turn off . The beer included in the “all inclusive deal is served in such small glasses that we along with others went and bought our own glasses at the local supermarket. The guys outside running the beach bar were amazing though and the animation team , although not our thing were bright and cheerful. Would I go back ? ? 100% NOT !

What an absolute amazing time we had in the coral sea water world, from start to finish was brilliant what was supposed to be a relaxing family holiday turn into a fun filled time especially with the animation team the energy these guys have is unbelievable from greeting you in the morning to saying good night and always had a smile on there face,we never normally take part in the activities as we work so hard though out the year but we just couldn't help joining in there was so much to do with these guys always 2 or 3 things going on all day long,must say a massive thank you to Lauren and Destiny and the 2 boys shieko and mido absolute amazing team I don't how you do it but thank you from the bottom of my suit case really hope to see you all at Christmas again xx

Only a short stay, very large room kept nice and clean. Lovely animation team working hard to make your holiday fun. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Didn't really eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food
