隱山別墅的評論

房間挺新的 也挺大 新裝修的 餐具都放的很整齊 服務員態度很好 每天打掃兩次 景色也很不錯 單獨訂早餐的話大概150人民幣一份 美式或者大陸式早餐 缺點是有些小蟲爬來爬去 沒有電梯 行李多的話爬樓梯有點累 但是可以付小費讓服務員搬 晚上有車經過的話聲音比較明顯 特別是飆車的摩託車

這是一個壯觀景色的Villa，最主要的賣點也是這個望海山坡的景色，他們的服務態度良好，但是感覺性價比不太高，在其他地方住的三份一價錢也能住到很漂亮的別墅。別墅的蚊蟲很多，也完全沒有熱水洗澡，告訴工作人員也只是告訴我等五至十分鐘才會有熱水，結果等了很久也沒有熱水，結果我和男朋友都放棄，洗了很冷的澡，希望可以改善熱水的問題

工作人員非常熱心，服務很好。酒店景色不錯，但不大。就是晚上到機場打車到酒店堵車堵了很久😢😢😢

酒店設施很新，服務人員訓練不夠熟練。落日觀景好去處。適合在酒店裡休息 過一個完全放鬆的假期 環境優美並安靜。

基本上沒有服務，設施還可以。

對於我們第一次峇裡島之旅，我們選擇了隱山 (Hidden Hills) 的兩間臥室泳池別墅，住了 7 晚。這絕對是我們經過幾天的觀光後正在尋找的完美綠洲。我們和我們 15 歲和 8 歲的兒子一起旅行。 Hidden Gem 餐廳位於飯店的樓梯上，非常方便，提供一流的雞尾酒菜單、酒單、晚餐以及早餐。更不用說，日落的最佳景觀！當您晚餐後返回別墅時，露台上會飄來陣陣焚香，室內休息區也有蠟燭和擴香儀歡迎您的歸來。工作人員真的很棒——他們可以透過 Whatsapp 滿足我們的任何需求。我們期待在下次巴厘島之旅中參觀隱山！

對於我們三口之家來說，這簡直就是完美的酒店。房間設計得很漂亮。這裡的服務不僅像巴厘島的通常服務那樣友好，而且團隊對食物和酒類知識淵博，訓練有素，對該地區提出了很好的建議。到烏魯瓦圖 (Uluwatu) 和比金 (Bigin) 等熱門景點只需 5 分鐘車程。但我不會走向那裡。就在我們說話的時候，對面有一棟建築即將完工，但是還有一棟建築物只影響一、兩棟別墅。單間別墅不受影響，我們也沒有受到任何困擾。整個地區似乎都經歷了巨大的發展。我強烈推薦這家漂亮的精品酒店。

The most thoughtful and precious gesture and gift any mom could ask for. We stayed at Hidden Hills Family as a big family and to entertain and excite our kids the immensely sweet team went out of their way to come up with surprises everyday. This was Canvas and paint for our son who loves art. No more inspiring place than bali for artistry. We are in love with Bali and this sweet luxury hotel.

We stayed at Hidden Hills Villas not that long ago, and now that we’ve booked another trip to Hidden Hills Villas, we felt compelled to finally share our thoughts from our last stay. Simply put, it was spectacular. From the breathtaking views to the warm and attentive service, everything exceeded our expectations. We promised ourselves we’d leave a review because it was truly one of the best vacations we’ve ever had—and now we can’t wait to experience it all over again! We can’t wait to see the beautiful Balinese smiles. And we can’t wait to try the new spa. Probably the only missing piece for us for a complete vacation.

The location is great, and it is closed to many restaurants, bars, and beaches. The villa was large, well maintained, and immaculate, thumbs up to the housekeeping team! The decoration is lovely, and the mattress is so comfy. The main highlight is the team. They are all genuinely friendly and professional and went the extra mile to make my stay a perfect one. I will definitely come back with my family soon.

Not 5 Star – Avoid at All Costs! I am absolutely appalled by my experience at Hidden Hills in Bali. This place is nowhere near a 5-star establishment. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find the room in a filthy state. The shower was dirty, the towels were unpleasantly crispy, the toilet seat was disgusting, and to top it off, there were insects in the room. Adding to the disaster, there was dangerous building work happening right outside, which made the environment feel unsafe and completely ruined any semblance of relaxation. When we raised our concerns, the customer service was absolutely appalling. The staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and flat-out denied us a refund, refusing to return our money even though we left within an hour of checking in. This was not what we paid for, and it was a complete waste of time and money. If you’re considering staying here, don’t! There are plenty of better options in Bali. This was a terrible experience from start to finish. AWFUL!!!!
