峇里島水明漾住宿飯店

We checked into the Sky Room around 3pm, took a shower which was on the balcony and quite exposed, saw two men looking up under the balcony railing watching. Went downstairs for coffee and a snack which was very average. My wife plugged her phone cord in but changed her mind when the powerpoint sparked. At 6pm I plugged my phone cord into the USB port of a different powerpoint on the other side of the room, grabbed the other end to plug my phone in, and was electrocuted for several seconds before i could pull the cord from my hand. After calling for help, someone came and turned off the power and said someone would come to look at it. This person arrived, turned the power back on, touched the powerpoint and said it's not hot, so it's fine, when we said it's obviously not fine, he kept repeating it. The hotel decided to blame my cord which I had brought from home and have been safely using for a year. When the Dr we requested from the hotel arrived, he spent a lot of time listening to my stomache with his stethascope, took my blood pressure while his assistant was holding the cuff on my arm and said I was fine, but he can put me on an IV bag, all of this was unlike any medical treatment I've ever recieved and highly suspicious. We then tried to call our travel insurance on the room phone and was advised that we couldn't use the phone for international calls, even toll free ones. The only saving grace was that when we checked out after the ”Dr” left, they gave us a full refund for our stay. The way we were treated was unacceptable, denying the powerpoint was unsafe and not doing anything about it means someone else will be hurt. What if a child gets electrocuted next!

飛機晚點，我們到酒店已經凌晨一點多了，前台服務人員很快辦理入住，並送來了歡迎飲品，感覺很親切！沒有要按金，免去了很多煩惱，這點是很👍讚的！早餐很豐富，餐廳服務人員面帶笑容主動問好，及時更換餐盤，隨時問你還需要點什麼飲品，即便就餐高峯期，人很多，服務也沒有打折，讓早餐成為了度假的享受！酒店位置不錯，出後門就是水明漾海灘，晚上海灘有各種酒吧，餐廳，很悠閑的度假享受！英迪格作為度假酒店，在峇里島來説，總體還是不錯的！入住率很高！

Recommended hotel located at strategic location at the center of Seminyak area Junior Suite of Kamaniiya is so spacious and feels like home! Has a sofa that could be lay down as an extra bed. Friendly staff and good hospitality. The gym is comfy and have almost all the basic equipments. Tasty food and great stuff, very good atmosphere! And clean swimming pool. Great location, near many nice restaurants. I had a great time here. Worth it place for every penny you spend!

I was stay in one of junior suite to celebrate my girlfriend birthday, Good room and quite.... sadly there is no kimonos in the room. Deva at the front desk help us to check in, he was so friendly and professional..... Best sunset view at the rooftop, thanks Four point!

One of the few resorts that I am sure to return ! All in all, my friends and I took 4 rooms. The location by the beachfront and Seminyak ***** of restaurants was perfect. The people who looked after us were outstanding. The bell boys, check in team, concierge, staff at Sea Salt and Beach Bar and housekeepers all were consistent in their service delivery. All our needs were anticipated and well attended to.

對得起這個價格，是一個連鎖酒店，一切都很好，服務也沒話説，工作人員也很熱情，地理位置優越，離海邊超級斤，10分鐘路程內，去酒吧la favela, mexicola什麼的也超級近，但是靠路邊的房間根本晚上睡不着，開着電視都能聽到摩託車經過的轟鳴聲，他們的摩託車都改裝的，真的太吵了，隔音真的是死穴

Excellent hotel and staff, all the staff even front desk, rooftop bar, housekeeping are friendly and helpful. Specially Dicky who helped me to do the check in. Since it is our first time in Bali, he explained the area around the hotel and even recommended some local foods when i asked for any recommendation. Our room is very clean, spacious and wonderful. We liked the design and layout so much! The ousekeeping staff did a very good job also. Our room was very organized and clean when we arrived and when serviced. Thumbs up for Aloha Team for the well-prepared room, some arrival refreshments and goodies with a very pleasant and heart-warming welcome note which is totally unexpected so became more special. I really appreciate the gesture. Kudos to the entire team! With a wide selection of Marriott properties in Bali, we are blissful and very satisfied that we have chosen Aloft Bali Seminyak.

Had a pleasant and wonderful staying experience in this hotel. The hotel is located in the market area so that you will find everything for your convenience very nearby. Also, it has a beach near it at just a walking distance of around 300-400 meters. The hotel staff was nice and courteous. The room size was decent. Will surely consider staying here once again.
