Accueil un peu décevant ! Juste le temps de dire ”bonjour” et nous avions déjà la facture à régler sous les yeux... petit déj et taxe de séjour pour toute la durée du séjour. C'est assez surprenant, mais, malheureusement compréhensible de nos jours. Nous aurions souhaité peut être un peu plus d'explications avant de régler.... Autrement, hotel sympathique avec une déco vintage mais un peu chargé. le SPA de nage est agréable, il manque des transats pour s'allonger le jardin a du potentiel. Sa proximité avec le mont St Michel est parfaite ! (10 minutes en voiture)

It is worth it to stay for the location alone, but add to that Veronique's very personal service and this is a great choice when visiting MSM. We drove there and arrived early (Veronique is fine for you to park your car before and after official check in and check out times). Be aware that to get to the property you need to drive down a road that indicates no cars (as there is no access to the village or MSM or parking down the road), but that sign does not apply when staying at this property. Luckily our room (no.1) was ready despite our early arrival, and she was fine to let us check in. Thorough tour of the facilities (including an ingenious idea where every guest gets a basket in the large fridge in the utility area to store there own items) and we headed off using her directions to MSM. On our return we drank our drinks in the garden looking at the great view of MSM, then walked to dinner at L'Hippocampe (also recommended). Good night's sleep and then a good quality generous continental breakfast in the morning, served by Veronique but with as many refills as you like. I had looked at all the hotel choices in the village, and on MSM itself, and was very glad we chose this place to stay.

I hesitated to book at Le Relais Saint-Michel based on the prior reviews, but we really enjoyed our stay here! They emailed us a code to access the gate to the hotel guest parking lot prior to arrival, and we just drove up to the gate, punched in the code, and drove right up to the hotel. The rooms were not yet ready for us at around 4pm (a negative), so we left our bags with the hotel and ventured out to Mont Saint Michel. This hotel is the closest to the monument, and the bus stop is right in front of the parking lot, so it was a matter of minutes before we were at the foot of the Mont. We returned to the hotel after exploring for a few hours, and the check-in was fast and easy, and we had a recently renovated smaller room (101) with a nice outdoor terrace with a panoramic view of Mont Saint-Michel, and a much larger recently renovated room (201) with an oblique rooftop view, although still very nice. We found some minor issues with cleanliness (the prior guest's facial wash was not removed from the room), but otherwise the room was clean, comfortable, and just perfect for an overnight stay. The mont was not very illuminated at night (we were there a few days before the noctural illuminations), but it was lovely to gaze at it at night and in the morning when there were no people about, just goats. Would definitely stay here again if in the area - our friends stayed down the road at another hotel within the gates and I definitely think this was a superior experience.

房間是閣樓上層式樣的；麪積較小；箱子衹能放地上；衛生間很小，洗漱用品衹有一次性漱口杯，一小袋浴液，很簡易的。不提供熱水壺等，屋內衛生尚可。前台和住的房間不在一棟樓。入住時間有限制要特別注意⚠️

一個小酒店。房間很乾淨,很好。他們很小,但這是我們通過你的法國看到的,所以我想這裏一般都有小房間。酒店離市中心開車約7-8分鐘,所以如果沒有自己的車,出行可能很困難。主城堡離酒店大約30分鐘。我們之所以選擇這家酒店,主要是因爲我們找不到附近有空調客房的其他酒店。靠近城堡的酒店都沒有空調,因爲我們在夏天旅行,這是我們想要的,這是一個不錯的選擇,因爲溫度不在涼爽的一邊。酒店有充足的停車位,所以買車不是問題,此外,他們甚至在停車場內有特斯拉充電點。
