Notre appartement, le ”Kadr”, nous a ravis. D'une impeccable propreté, d'une jolie décoration, d'une insonorisation parfaite (utile puisque le Taj Mahal, un excellent restaurant, est au pied de l'hôtel, comme l'école primaire), nous y sommes restés six jours. On est en plein centre de la ville, à deux pas de tout. Le personnel est souriant et prévenant. Et si les 45 marches pour accéder à notre étage (le premier) ne conviendront pas à tout le monde, elles ont constitué un bon exercice pour nos 75 ans. Seul bémol : l'éclairage du lavabo ne permet pas de raser ou de maquiller le côté droit du visage !

When planning this visit to Dubrovnik, we determined we wished to stay within the city walls. Perhaps we should not have. It is a very, very busy tourist destination that may have best been avoided in the evening, especially at this price. The hotel is historic and attractive, but the a/c was not nearly up to speed for the heat, and the odour in the bathroom (from the sewers) was almost unbearable, even if we closed the door. The shower was mouldy, and not very pleasant. The staff are to be commended as they were lovely and accommodating, but you would probably be better off looking elsewhere further out.

What a beautiful little room in the heart of Old Town I’m Dubrovnik. I was a quick walk to everything. Every little detail was perfect. My stay started by meeting Aleta at check in. She was kind, funny and had great knowledge of the city and recommendations for me. The directions from check in to my little room were easy to follow. The room was up about 5 flights of stone stairs around the corner. The room was perfect, the amenities were great, everything was clean. And the check out experience was again perfect. They held my bags after check out so I could do a final kayaking tour. Aleta was there again when I was leaving and she went above and beyond again. They let me freshen up and shower they have for guests after check out, which was a great perk. The hotel was perfect and I can’t say enough good things about Aleta… she made my stay in Dubrovnik better with her kindness and recommendations. Thank you so much! I’ll be back.
