im writing this reclamation because of the unprofessional treatment in the reception, when i was doing my check out in the reception i asked for invoice for my society the woman working there (Mounia) refused by saying ”3lach ma gotlich mn kbal? than i asked for navette to take me to the aeroport she said that it's not available now and you have to wait for an hour i said that my mother is sick if there is a special navette she answered me without politeness and respect.

酒店的大廳很寬敞，在這裡會客也很合適。房間比較寬敞，就是電視不能看。地攤比較舊，早餐一般般。他們很熱情，服務很好。

Très belle suite avec finitions luxueuses et soignées. Très proche de l’aéroport international avec service de navette. Personnel très professionnel et discret. Le restaurant Mim est excellent ! Bravo et merci à toute l’équipe. Nous reviendrons certainement à notre prochain voyage.

It was a short stay only 1 night due to transit. I was satisfied with this short stay. I recommend to the Management to train more the staff if we want to succeed in tourism sector. I am not saying that they are not doing their job but needs more.in Algeria we do not have tourism culture unfortunately. All the Best
