The rooms are comfortable and always clean. I’ve enjoyed every time that I’ve stayed at this hotel. The TV pairing to your streaming services, the gym, the breakfasts, and the staff are always on point. My go to when I stay in the Indy area for certain. The surrounding area has plenty of dining options and within walking distance.

The worst, filthiest hotel we've ever tried to stay at. We booked this hotel online because the price was very reasonable. When we got to the hotel, they claimed they were in the remodeling process, but the only evidence of that was a horribly deteriorated exterior, along with netting underneath the balcony walkways to catch falling debris from a building that was literally falling apart. The room! UGH! Opened the door to a shabby room that stank to high heavens. Checked out the bed to find soiled sheets adorned with someone else's bodily fluid, and a bedspread that looked like it had been walked on. The pillows were filthy, and the bed was made up just like someone had just barely pulled up the covers, and not changed the sheets. We asked the front desk person (the only one on duty) if she could have the sheets changed, but she said there was no one to do that, and that we could have new sheets - if she could find any. The area around the elevators was filled with trash carts and also smelled. This was clearly another case of someone buying the franchise of a failing hotel, then just letting it run itself into the ground. Happily, after some resistance from the front desk person, we canceled our reservation and was refunded. My wife and I will NEVER stay in another Red Roof Inn, again.
QQuest26105633691A wonderful hotel experience, from check-in to checkout. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and spotlessly clean. The breakfast server was Ron, and he went out of his way to insure everyone felt welcome and got everything they desired. He joked that his mission was ”to get you to stay another day and have breakfast with us tomorrow”. Just the attitude that makes traveling pleasant.
