辦理入住前有酒店提前發的攻略，入住規定下午3點前會發信箱取件密碼和鑰匙盒密碼，入住還算比較順利，但沒有存放行李的地方，衹能帶着行李乾等着。不滿意屋頂的泳池，到了酒店樓下看到貼的佈告説是維修，預訂的時候有很大一部分原因是看中有這個泳池，健身房的跑步機非常老舊，健身房裡也沒有空調，電扇沒有通電，基本形同虛設…非常悶熱待不了幾分鐘；房間設施還算温馨，餐桌上碗碟刀叉勺都俱全，空調電扇也各個房間都有；不滿意的是衞生間的淋雨器，燒了挺久，洗澡水還是很温，洗頭甚至可以説是冷。牙刷牙膏沒有，吹風機衹有空包裝盒沒有看到吹風機；馬桶用濕巾紙擦了幾遍，擦出來是黑黑的，衞生打掃方面有待加強。

飯店位置不錯，走路可以到二奶巷及鐘樓鬧區。逛街吃飯方便。尤其是飯店前面的riverfront walk 風景很美，可以一早起來散步。 房間大小適中，為設施相對老舊，且可用插座只有一組。非常不方便。餐點還算可以，種類繁多。以這個價位來說，相對划算。可以再次考慮。 唯一缺點是，飲料沒喝完放桌上，隔天會有螞蟻出現。有點嚇人。 然而，可能是trip.com 系統問題，廣告房型有浴缸的照片，但實際入住時卻是沒有浴缸的。這會讓消費者感覺有廣告誇大的作用，尤其是為了浴缸而下單此房型的人。

再怡保來說這是一家比較不錯的酒店，位置旺中帶靜比較接近最繁華的區域。5分鐘車程可以到達大型商場以及食街。酒店提供免費停車，有自助洗衣服但需要收費，美中不足的地方是酒店泳池太小。

酒店員工有禮貌，登記及退房手續簡便快捷。周邊食市林林種種，後面有聞名的富山酒樓，點心有水準，明閣就完全不好吃。還有另一間叫中央白咖啡館內的食物和地方都乾淨衛生，還有白咖啡，擂茶，炒蜾條，炒麵，蝦湯麵，都值得推薦。後面過條馬路就是夜市糖水街。步行10分鐘就到老黄芽菜雞和各大燒餅手信店，豆腐花等等。酒店旁邊就有足浴和全身按摩，非常方便。到二奶巷，火車站舊街場坐10多元Grab就能到達。
