訪訪客I had high expectations of Capella Sydney after staying multiple times at Capella Bangkok and being treated as though I were the most important person in the hotel, just like all of the other guest who stay there are. The attention to service detail at Sydney location unfortunately failed very short to meet my expectations. The booking process on the website was glitchy and the pricing was inconsistent, sometimes showing pricing including tax sometimes not without indication and only upon receiving confirmation via email from reservations was the price confirmed, which did not match the screenshots of the reservation when I placed the booking so I had to go back and forth with reservations via phone and email to simply confirm the accurate pricing for my stay. After creating an account to log on to their booking platform although the option of modifying the booking was offered, the feature did not work on the site, so you had to cancel the booking and book a new booking if you simply wanted to extend by 1 day. This is before I even arrived at the hotel. When I did arrive, it is of course, no small feat that the restoration of this historic building was carried out with the utmost respect for the architecture, from the flooring material to the fenestration and even the internal grand stair way was brilliantly retro-fitted with current code requirements for the handrail in a historically appropriate yet contemporary solution. The hotel does not have many floors, so I encourage anyone to take the stairs to experience the beauty of the restoration work. The recognition of the strong identity of the urban location and sense of place in Sydney’s CBD offers us a promise, an encounter, as the space of the possible. I wish I could say the same about the interior design. There was a real disconnect between the intent of the architecture and that of the interior design. The decoration at best seemed vague, and so for the guest experience, how could one of have a point of view about the effect of the design? The space of the expectant “possible” relationship I was expecting from the simple activity of stepping into Farrer Place’s south entryway marked Department of Agriculture, as local stories interpreting colonial history with ancestral elements of the Eora people by Waayni artist Judy Watso unfolded, or the sense of expansive freedom through the bronze Palazzo doors on Loftus Street into the latent quiet luxury of the grand stair was lost when I was met with the contrasting designs and colours of the lift lobby vestibule axminster carpet and that of the corridor carpet to the guest rooms, able to be seen in the same frame. Although an argument can be made about eclecticism and the use of curating a collection of exceptional vintage and contemporary objects this was not the case here, it read as a mismatched bric-à-brac (to borrow a Victorian word from the building time period that's true meaning in French means ”any old way” or ”at random”). MMichaelFive在這裏度過了很棒的幾天，房間比一般的酒店要大，與酒店提前溝通是蜜月旅行，入住後酒店贈送了一瓶葡萄酒，非常熱情。房間裏有廚具餐具和洗碗機，可以做一些簡單的飯。下次來還會選擇入住Meriton

訪訪客用戶酒店設施齊全，樓下有健身房和泳池等，憑房卡可以免費使用，房間內廚房設備齊全，日常生活非常方便。衞生乾淨，周邊離魚市和景點都步行可達，附近也有亞超和大型超市，購物方便，總之這次入住體驗很滿意

訪訪客用戶房間：整潔乾淨，無異味，就是整體空間比較小，然後完全看不到城市的夜景，不像宣傳的酒店的那樣説，可以看到夜景，這一點有點失望。
酒店整體：高樓是酒吧和泳池，不過最高樓好像是要消費才能去看。
服務：前台以及退房的時候的服務都特別好，除了電話服務，因為我不瞭解按金的退還流程，專門打的電話問了一下酒店，因為英語不好，電話服務人員語氣特別惡劣，甚至發出很不耐煩的噪音，切換為中文服務的時候也態度並沒有好轉，同樣是很不耐煩的聲音，加上不禮貌的語氣。
總體：五星酒店，但一晚2000多，如果有其他更有性價比的酒店的話還是選其他的，服務態度太惡劣了。

訪訪客住宿在悉尼CBD中心的優惠價格。以現金支付的優惠,否則使用信用卡的正常收費。位於市政廳和維多利亞女王大廈附近,可方便前往商店、餐廳和交通。緊湊大牀房很小,但如果您只在房間內睡覺和外出一整天,則主要要求是:舒適的大牀、牆上的電視、小書桌和椅子、空調、免費Wi-Fi、小房間保險箱、小冰箱和咖啡/茶設施,遮光窗簾,有規律的和不錯的淋浴設備。提供洗髮水和沐浴露的肥皂和牆壁配藥器,但客人也可以要求提供其他便利設施,如護髮素、熨斗和熨衣板或牙科用具(在電梯內簽署清單)。前台在凌晨關閉,但使用門禁卡即可。幾張底片。我的房間位於隔壁大樓的附近牆壁上(因此沒有風景)。我要求查看(如果可能的話),但被告知沒有我的房間的風景。我認爲酒店沒有意識到任何前景對於一些客人享受住宿的樂趣來說會有什麼大不同。如果我再次預訂,我會先檢查一下是否可以提供臨街的房間。更糟糕的是,我經常聽到嗡嗡聲,有時還因爲窗外的通風井(一個非常靠近並連接在外牆的通風井)輕微的震動,這讓我感到不安。在收到化妝室/不要打擾門牌之前,也花了幾天時間和一些混亂。現在很多酒店都輕鬆地接受這個安排,非常隨意,但有些客人有了這個牌子會更舒服。非常小的一點是浴室的盆裏冷水幾乎不流,有時有點方便。在我的房間外的走廊裏有一個電視娛樂室的角落,在我住宿期間沒有使用,但如果有的話,我會覺得不安。總的來說,這是一次愉快的住宿,但看看可用的不同類型的房間。

訪訪客用戶MERITON不能提前拿房卡必須下午3點的哦，可以寄存行李，（不住滿一星期）不打掃衞生…每天垃圾我們自己處理、之所以選了這家，之前在黃金海岸住的蠻好。洗髮沐浴露跟前台要、牙刷牙膏自己帶哦，本來想用筆（發現沒筆芯）第一碰到，主要是看中地段不錯.出入方便.附近吃的、購物中心很多、T8車站就在附近…直達機場，一星期了酒店按金還沒退….夠慢的…

訪訪客I stayed at Crown Towers Perth in Sep 2022 and June 2023. I also stayed in Crown Towers Melbourne in Dec 2022. Thus, the next logical move is to stay in Crown Towers Sydney to complete my experience in staying at all 3 Crown Towers Hotel in Australia. I finally did that. Stayed at Crown Towers Sydney from 3 Nov to 8 Nov 2023. Today is 8 Nov 2023 and I will be checking out shortly. I stayed at an opera king room which has views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House. The room was very well lit and nice. Just the appropriate size for a sole traveller. I also managed to try most of the restaurants in Crown Towers Sydney except Yoshii Omakase which is so hard to book and Silks. I did not managed to book Yoshii even when it opened for booking. Guess too many people booking. I tried Epicurean for breakfast, dinner at A’Mare, Nobu, Woodcut and Oncore by Clare Smyth. I did not try Silks since being an Asian Chinese, I normally do not eat Chinese food when I go holiday. Got to try other food instead. My favourite restaurant is undoubtedly Oncore where I ordered the 7 course seasonal tasting menu. Superb. Woodcut was also good where I ordered their sirloin steak. Nobu was also nice as it completed my tour of all 3 Nobu in Australia having previously eaten at Nobu Perth and Melbourne when I stayed at Crown Towers there. For Nobu , I ordered the X Haku Omakase which is 5 course. The star of the course was the lobster. Overall I have enjoyed my stay in here. As Sarah Brightman is coming to Sydney in Aug to Oct 2024, I have already booked my tickets to watch her performance at Sydney Opera House in Sep 2024 and also booked a 4 night stay at Crown Towers Sydney again. For the future, I do hope Crown Towers Sydney can have a Crystal Club for breakfast like what Perth and Melbourne has. Also, hope to see more shops/entertainment areas at Crown and also a provision/gift/snack shop here at Crown Towers Sydney.

訪訪客用戶窗户是不能打開的 被子特別的薄 舒適度差 建議如果入住一定要使用隔臟睡袋等裝備 打掃完鋪好的床單上有不是我們的頭髮 窗簾一進去就是壞的 吃早飯的菜品選擇挺多 早餐比較舒適 背靠唐人街 離商業街也不遠 地理位置還可以 前台並沒有中文服務 健身房不大

訪訪客A great place to stay near Light Rail, Chinatown, Central, and shopping. Our room was excellent, and we found the reception staff always welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. It is an excellent hotel for location, for guests who may have difficulty walking up and down sloping streets, as it is in a comparably level area.
