利物浦普瑞米爾飯店

我的朋友在那裡丟了一部智慧型手機，根本無法聯絡飯店。印像不好。 位置還是不錯的。

This property is very central. And it was clean. We had an issue when there and the attitude at reception and Guess services was not satisfactory in my opinion. Asked to be called a number of time and still waiting! When I stay at a hotel I expect running water both hot and cold and I expect to be able to use the toilet..... if here is a issue I expect it to be resolved and to be compensated (not to have to pay for the day or days effected) for the fact i did not have use of basic facilities that i paid for! I wont stay at this hotel again..... I do understand things happen, but i paid to stay and i expect the above to be in order, as i see it as basic requirements.

由於班機晚點，我們凌晨 1 點到達。辦理入住手續既快速又方便，因為我已經預付了房費。一個可愛的年輕人叫卡勒姆為我們登記入住，他很健談而且非常熱情。我預訂了一張加大雙人床，但房間裡有兩張單人床。我沒有要求換衣服，因為我們太累了，但說實話，我們睡得很好，所以我們很高興。遮光百葉窗是精英級的，你不知道一天中的什麼時間它們效果這麼好。
