They may gave your room to others that walk-in and you may end up getting the rooms that not supposed to be used by customer as the toilet was rundown. Received a bath towel that already wear. Breakfast was so so and always need to ask to refill.

It's a good location. There's a Foodcourt right beside, Nagoya Mall is right opposite. Just that the breakfast is a bit....hmmmm...not that looking forward. Lobby is hot too

我付了一間高級房，裡面有一張加大雙人床，但工作人員說已經沒有房間了。我別無選擇，只能接受任何可用的房間。 第二，沒有wifi。工作人員聲稱他們使用鄰居的無線網路。 3、電梯未使用。所以和老人一起旅行，我很難幫助他們爬樓梯。 4.一關空調就漏水。 位置很好，因為它靠近 indoThai 和 SpaSecret。對面有一個購物中心。

房間沒有窗戶，空調無法控制。破舊的廁所，瓷磚破損，淋浴門打開，地板上到處都是漏水。早餐很糟糕。炒飯已經不新鮮了，唯一的優點是咖啡很不錯。

位置很好，冷氣很涼爽床單是棕黃色的，房間沒有窗，牆漆半新半剝落，毛巾和床單顏色差不多，天花板滴水

The Hills is one of the Options if Batam is crowded during the peak periods.It offers a better licatiin and near to popular mall sych as Nagoya.Streetfoods available at surrounding areas especially at night.Hotel quite clean and standards.Price reasonable s.
