住宿方回覆: Dear King, We find your feedback to be of significant value.We have taken note of your concerns on the check-in process which was delayed. The travel agent you booked through had not shared the payment information and we had to request them to provide these details upon your arrival which took some time. In addition since the booking was done through a third party, the payment was not made directly at the Front desk.
