塞維利亞省設有游泳池的飯店

酒店優秀,人人非常快,安排好,我預訂了個標準房間,但是由於一個會議,我出去了相當貴,他們把那套套房起,包括早餐。真是開心!

This property has good potential but really needs refurbishment / modernization in the common areas. For starters, there are 2 small elevators which work independently, so 1950s. Hallways are dark (hallway lights off in the evening after housekeeping is finished) and fire extinguishers are hanging from the wall every few feet rather inside a cabinet into the wall. The rooms themselves are fine and comfortable with 2 main problems, (1) so few electrical outlets (none are free without unplugging lamp or something) and of course USB outlets would be nice these days, and (2) only ALL SPANISH TV and Radio which is unfriendly to the many foreign guests across Europe and elsewhere ... not a Marriott standard I am sure. Front desk staff are helpful and friendly. Good breakfast spread. A good stay but needs improvements.

A 30 km de Sevilla en villa Manrique de la Condesa se encuentra este paraíso en una reserva natural, habitaciones rústicas pero confortables, buenos productos de tocador, un parque hermoso con una piscina tipo lago donde te acompañan los patos. Avistamiento de muchas especies de aves y si tiene mucha suerte se puede ver un lince. Restaurante de campo, lindo un poco caro pero creo acorde al lugar. Pasamos un día hermosos camino a Sevilla. Recomendable para un buen descanso.

Pros: Near the airport- 15 minutes taxi drive, which cost us 25€. We booked the taxi via the hotel Clean and spacious room with well functioning A/C Parking available with charge There are restaurants available near the hotel There is breakfast available but we skipped it. Professional staff Cons: No direct shuttle bus/transfer from the hotel to the airport The flush in the toilet was not working well. Unpleasant smell in the bathroom

從預定之後就非常期待的飯店！喜歡整體的設計和風格。 喜歡飯店中間的天窗，真的很美🩵 地理位置非常好，晚上周圍偏安靜也不會太吵雜。 房間讓人很放鬆，床超級大又非常好睡，我們喜歡到出門之後想提早回飯店休息🤣浴室的雙洗手台超讚，淋浴也是非常的舒服，沐浴用品的品牌也很棒。 早餐更讓人驚艷！竟然是可以選擇的套餐方式😍提拉米蘇超好吃！照燒豆腐配白飯整個很對亞洲人的胃🥹最後再來一杯咖啡，整個開啟美好的一天！

Upon arrival the staff were very friendly. My room was shocking and not what I was told I was getting so I asked to be moved. The room was much better although my window did not lock (room 6) and other people could enter my room. I never felt safe. The room was cleaned everyday and the cleaning staff were very good. Room 6 is adjoining to the lounge area and kitchen. It was noisy and although the cut off time for noise was 11.30pm it was completely ignored and people partied until after 3am. I was kept awake constantly and often went to reception to complain. The sofas were used for sexual activities and most mornings they were full of drunks, snoring from the night before. The Kitchen Well this was a disgrace. The fridges were constantly rammed with food and alcohol. The food was old and rancid liquids were mixing into peoples groceries. They were not checked on a regular basis. Names and departure dates were put on the food items and drinks but nobody took notice. I watched many people taking other peoples food and disposing of labels. Breakfast We had breakfast every morning in the bar and it was disgusting. The Choices were ; granola with yogurt and 3 slices of kiwi, 3 slices of banana and if you were lucky some sliced apple. 2 fried eggs, 2 slices of streaky bacon and 2 slices of dry toast (uncooked and was never given butter or jam) Spanish breakfast of a bread roll topped with tomato juice and a slice of ham. Tea or coffee and a fruit juice. The chef was a happy guy and very polite but food was terrible so my advice is eat out if you can afford it or risk food poising from the fridges. The hostel has a pool which I thought was going to be a bonus but it was filthy and even though it had signs saying no drink or food and no more than 8 people in it at a time. The rules were ignored and most mornings there was dead skin and food floating in it. There is no first aid trained staff on site No laundry facilities unless you want to pay for it to be done. We found a laundrette opposite Aldi. Shopping for food. There is a huge supermarket which is better than Aldi and has a good choice of microwave meals if you have the budget. Turn right out of main doors and then left and keep walking for about 400 meters cross the main road and it’s on your left.

Disappointed with the service and inattentiveness of the staff. I rested at the hotel on 11-12.02.2023. I forgot expensive perfumes and medicines in my hotel room. For the past week I've been trying to get help from the staff over the phone. I was given three different email addresses, I wrote a lot of letters asking me to return things to me. I didn't receive any response. At the reception, you can only call the tenth time. They refuse to contact me with the hotel manager. In addition, I did not understand why parking for hotel guests is paid. 18 euro per day. I have never seen this anywhere in Europe. By the way, you also need to pay 1 euro for a closet for things in the pool, but I don’t take money with me, especially coins for the pool. So I had to stay without a closet. The room shower gel jar was empty. I doubt this hotel deserves its 5 stars. I request the hotel management to contact me and return my things to me.
