Since the day we checked in we had nothing but issues. We walked in our room to a horrible stale odor, did not have working A/C, dead bugs on the floor, spider webs in every corner, harsh stains on all the furniture, hair in the bathroom. Would not let us change rooms unless we canceled our reservations and booked the whole stay again pay again and then have to wait for a refund on the first reservation. The pool is over flowing with water and separating from the concrete. The hot tub was out of service. We had to request towels rags, and trash bags to take our own trash out every evening we came back from being with family because housekeeping does not come to your room at all like other hotels. Even when we requested housekeeping to come to our room they never came. You can’t even enjoy sitting on your patio that comes with the room without falling through the furniture and getting attacked my wasps. Needless to say my family and I will not be coming back here.
