這真是一個極其可怕的經歷！我入住的酒店簡直毫無安全保障，安全係數為零！防盜鎖竟然被服務員隨意弄斷，甚至口口聲聲説是“輕輕推開”的！難道這意味着他們的防盜鎖連輕微的壓力都無法承受？如此嚴重的失職讓我感到極度恐懼和憤怒！更離譜的是，酒店居然用兩瓶礦泉水來作為“道歉”，這是在侮辱我的安全感嗎？這兩瓶水根本無法彌補我所遭受的心理創傷！整個事件中，沒有任何一個相關的高級管理人員出面處理（只有一個小管家送了我兩瓶水），讓我感到極度失望和憤慨！這樣的服務態度和處理事件的方式令人髮指，這個酒店絕對不值得信賴！我絕對不推薦大家再來這裏入住！ This is an incredibly terrifying experience! The hotel I stayed at has absolutely no security measures, making it feel completely unsafe! The security lock was carelessly broken by a staff member, who casually claimed it was just "gently pushed open." Does this mean their security lock can’t even withstand light pressure? Such gross negligence has left me feeling extremely fearful and outraged! What's even more outrageous is that the hotel dared to offer two bottles of mineral water as an “apology.” Is this an insult to my sense of safety? Those two bottles cannot begin to compensate for the psychological trauma I have endured! Throughout this entire incident, not a single senior management stepped forward to address the issue （just a low-ranking housekeeper who delivered the two bottles of water）, which has filled me with deep disappointment and anger! This level of service and the way they handle incidents is absolutely appalling. This hotel is definitely untrustworthy! I absolutely do not recommend anyone stay here!

很好，已經多次入住。環境設施都很好。外賣有掃地機械人送上房間，服務人員親切有禮。。早餐種類簡單，但勝在飽肚。 地理位置靠近老街地鐵站，坐地鐵過福田會展中心也只不過需要半個小時，很方便。
