Superbe cadre en bordure du fleuve Casamance. Ici vous pouvez vous évader plongé entre l’eau du fleuve et le jardin arboré magnifique. La douceur de vivre casamançaise. Nos 2 chambres communicantes étaient très bien, et le service de l’hôtel très pro et sympathique. Côté restaurant, le service est plus à l’avenant suivant les personnes qui s’occupent de vous. Le poulet grillé et les brochettes de crevettes étaient très bonnes mais quelle lenteur de service, alors que nous n’étions que 2 tables en tout pour 3 ou 4 serveurs !!! Nous avons passé deux heures à table pour un plat et un dessert ! Il faut donc se laisser porter par le flot du fleuve et oublier le temps, comme les serveurs vous oublient.

Hotel muy agradable a la orilla del río con unos amplios jardines muy bien cuidados y habitaciones cómodas. La zona de restaurantes , casi todos al aire libre, está puesta con un gusto muy africano y tiene una preciosa ambientación. El desayuno bien aunque tardaron bastante en servirnos.

Stayed two non-consecutive nights on a tour. Attractive property located on the river. Reasonably quiet. Small, clean room with desk area and sufficient number of power jacks. No electric kettle. The mini-fridge didn't work. Comfortable bed (with mosquito nets) and pillows. Shower with good water pressure but very slow draining. Good wifi. Breakfast buffet with good selection, including yogurt, cheese, cereal, fruit. The staff speaks minimal English, which is the norm in Senegal.

The rooms were dark, the shower was tiny (with one corner blocked out for pipes). Almost no toiletries. And there's a step up from the bedroom to the bathroom that's not fun to navigate at night. Breakfast at the restaurant was terrible. VERY limited options, served on small platters that were picked clean in minutes. Too many guests for too few servings. Dinner was better because it was served individually based on your order. Food was ok, but not anything special. And the bar is HIDDEN. So if you can't find a server, and you go looking for the bar, you eventually find it but trying to get a vodka tonic was a 30-minute ordeal. Overall, not impressed, and would try elsewhere if I'm ever back in Ziguinchor.
