About us
At Silafrica, We Make Packaging Roar. Since 1986, Silafrica has manufactured and supplied the most innovative, best-in-class plastic solutions for FMCGs and a wide range of other business customers. At Silafrica, the phrase best-in-class is as much about who we truly are as it is about what we do. It's about performance for key market sectors such as Food Processing, Beverage Bottling & Distribution, Cosmetics, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals and Paint Manufacturing. It's about our teams of sales, quality assurance and manufacturing professionals who have outstanding technical expertise and experience to help you determine how to best meet your specific packaging requirements and standards while maintaining cost efficiencies and sustainability goals. It’s about upholding best-in-class standards of ethics and morality in the way we interact with each other, our clients and the public at large. And of course, it’s about our best-in-class processes, systems and manufacturing technologies that deliver packaging solutions that respect the environment and consumers prefer. Best-in-class. It makes Silfarica and our packaging roar.

Continuing its efforts to restore sanitation product supply chains in Tigray, COWASH IV facilitated the purchase of 110 medium plastic toilet slabs from Silafrica, Addis Ababa. This week, our team will deliver these slabs to two market-based sanitation centers (MBSCs) in Endamekoni and Zana Woredas. These slabs will not only improve affordable sanitation access for communities in these areas but also support MBSCs in expanding their businesses. This builds builds on a previous input in December, where COWASH IV facilitated the purchase of medium plastic toilet slabs from Silafrica and distributed to MBSCs in Degua Tembien and Endamekoni Woredas. Through these ongoing efforts, COWASH IV is committed to ensuring consistent access to affordable sanitation products for communities across Tigray. #WASH #Sanitation #Tigray #Ethiopia #Finland
