🏆 On 18 December 2024, the UKRAINIAN SPECIAL AWARDS IBUILD 2024 award was held, organised by the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine. As part of the event, Podilsky Cement Plant was awarded the Socially Responsible Business 2024 award. 🏠 This recognition is the result of the implementation of the charity project ‘Modular block 3D houses’. In 2024, our company joined the restoration of destroyed residential buildings for three families from the most affected communities in Kyiv region. The project was carried out in partnership with the DISTRICT#1 Charitable Foundation and with the support of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration. 🤝 We are proud of this award, which is a confirmation of our commitment to social responsibility and the importance of supporting those in need. 🌐 At CEMARK, we always care about the well-being and health of our employees. To this end, during November, we supported the global #Movember initiative. This global movement supports and inspires millions of men to take care of their health, pay attention to the prevention and treatment of serious diseases, and not be afraid to talk about mental well-being. 📚 As part of the Men's Health Month, we held two thematic webinars for our employees, which became a source of valuable knowledge and an opportunity to share useful experience. As a result of these events, we organized an interactive quiz where participants not only tested their knowledge but also received pleasant gifts for successful results. 🤝 We are convinced that taking care of everyone's health is the basis for the success and development of the entire team. 🛡 Employee safety is our priority! 🏭 At the end of November, employees of the Cement Shipment Complex and the Head Office in Vyshneve attended a fire safety training. The event was aimed at raising awareness of potential risks and developing practical skills to respond in critical situations. 🔍 What was discussed during the theoretical part of the training: 🔹 basics of fire safety and current statistics; fire prevention measures and practical recommendations for safe evacuation; Algorithm for calling the fire and rescue service; 🔹 rules for the use of primary fire extinguishing equipment; 🔹 practical recommendations for safe actions during a fire. 🚒 The practical part of the training allowed participants to consolidate their knowledge and practice the skills of using fire extinguishers in real conditions. 🤝 At CEMARK, we are convinced that systematic training and regular staff training are the basis for a safe and efficient working environment. We thank each participant for their activity and responsibility!

Kudryashov have started their internship at Podilskyi Cement Plant. During the intensive training, they will have the opportunity to master important railway skills, including rearranging cars, signaling, transmitting instructions via radio, and many other aspects. 👨🏫 Future specialists in the professions of Train Assembler, Car Inspector and Passenger Car Conductor are already immersed in practical experience, learning about the specifics of the company's work, studying safety rules at work and gaining valuable knowledge that will become a solid foundation for their careers. ✨ We are pleased to be part of this important stage of young professionals' education and are confident that these opportunities will help them become highly qualified specialists in the industry.
