We support Ukrainian Army and provide Ukrainians who suffer from russian invasion with humanitarian aid.
Про нас
Serhiy Prytula has been helping the Ukrainian Army as a private volunteer since Russia occupied Crimea and Donbas in 2014. At first, he helped with the uniforms, armor, and food supplies, later, when these needs started to be covered by the Ministry of Defense, he switched to high-tech technology, drones, and equipment for command posts. In 2020, during the pandemic, Serhiy started the Charitable Foundation for non-military aid. Anna Hvozdiar became the Foundation director, while Serhiy continued to supply the Army as a private volunteer. In February 2022, after Russia launched a full-scale invasion, the Foundation joined the Army supply movement, covering the needs of both the Armed Forces fighters and members of Territorial Defense units. The Foundation opened its own logistic centers at the border with Poland and in Lviv for more effective cargo shipping from Europe to Ukraine. The main office of the Foundation is in Kyiv, 65 Olesya Honchara Street. The Foundation buys optic devices, drones, UAVs, medical supplies, and transport vehicles for the military. Another direction they work on is humanitarian aid. Join our fight for freedom by making a donation. Check our website for all the details.

In Helsinki we also met Heikki Honkanen, who coordinates civil defence projects related to Ukraine at the Sisäministeriö - Inrikesministeriet - Ministry of the Interior, Finland to talk about the idea of collaboration on state-to-foundation level. Mr. Honkanen’s key focus is a bomb shelters in Ukraine as Finland is now a co-founder of Civil Protection coalition and undiscussably one of of our most reliable and result-driven partners. Moreover, Finland is a best example of how to create a state-wide Civil Protection strategy and how to involve every citizen in preparation for any extraordinary situation their country may face. And it’s not just about war - what to do during blackout, how to survive in the forest, how to cover all your country with bomb shelters and give them life - Finland gave the answers and we were there to listen. But at the same time, we have our own experience and intel that may be useful for Finland - we know how to work in most challenging environment, we tested Civil Protection protocols in real life and we could be valuable partner for anyone who want a cost-effective field tested solutions. We thank our friends from The Bridge Of Trust 🇺🇦 initiative for their help in navigating thought unfamiliar Finnish context. We are sure that by working together we will be able to ensure safety for Ukrainian kids that are in dire need of consolidated efforts from both Finnish and Ukrainian sides. We owe our future generations safety and access to education. And we’re grateful for all the support we receiving on governmental level in Finland - no matter where we go, we see compassion, willingness to find most effective solutions and the last, but not least - we appreciate Finnish practical way of thinking and openness to new ideas and partnerships. The tour is supported by the International Renaissance Foundation.

🎙️ Representatives of Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation on Sami Miettinen podcast During our stay in Finland, we were invited to podcast hosted by Sami Miettinen who gave us an incredible opportunity to tell Finns about our foundation and to thank his audience for all the help we receiving from Finland (and as Ukrainians, who are famous of our direct democracy, we know that the country act on their behalf and how crucial the support of you all if we talk about political decisions). Together with Deputies Sinuhe Wallinheimo and Jarmo Lindberg, we discussed the role of Ukraine in shaping of European national defense strategy and ways to effectively attract resources and cooperate for the security of the entire continent. Our message was clear: building a strong European defense is possible only through active cooperation with Ukraine as we have enormous experience in modern warfare. In fact, it’s us who define the future of war and new models for national security where foundations like ours are the key players and contributors. This war is not just a challenge – it is a chance for all of us to strengthen the security and stability of the region, to share knowledge and build a brighter future for everybody. Listen to the full episode here: https://lnkd.in/dNdNH4Y7 We thank Sami for an invitation and all the great work he do, especially related to Ukraine and now to our foundation. Kiitos! ✅ 30 DJI Mavic 3 drones have been sent to the military thanks to a joint fundraiser by our foundation and Liberty Ukraine Foundation! These reconnaissance drones serve as the "eyes" of our defenders. They assist in holding positions, evacuating the wounded, and adjusting the work of FPV and artillery. Education 🤝 Grammarly The Foundation has already announced the completion of the shelter reconstruction at Educational and Rehabilitation Center No. 21 in Pushcha-Vodytsia. This center now serves as a home for orphaned children evacuated from frontline regions and provides a learning environment for children with disabilities. Socialization and in-person interaction with specialists are essential for the growth and well-being of these children. Thanks to Grammarly support, we have created a modern, interactive educational space where children can continue learning even during air raid alerts. A generous $250,000 donation from the Ukraine-founded tech company made this project possible and accelerated its completion. The shelter is fully inclusive and built to meet modern standards. It features: Educational and playrooms, Sensory areas designed for children with special educational needs, A renovated ventilation system, Inclusive restrooms and showers, Other essential technical facilities. This initiative is part of the Safe&Smart project, which focuses on reconstructing and equipping safe shelters in educational institutions located in de-occupied and frontline regions of the country. Supporting Ukrainian education is a cause deeply close to our hearts, we hope that reliable and modern shelter will contribute to easy and continuous education of children.💛

During our visit to Helsinki, we met with deputies Noora Fagerström, Aleksi Jäntti, and Sinuhe Wallinheimo and expressed our deep gratitude for all of Finland's help to Ukraine. We also talked about ways to make it more effective for both Finnish and Ukrainian charities that provide non-lethal military aid to our defenders. We gathered the intel in Finland from our local partners and saw some weak spots where policymakers can help: 🔹 deregulation of the arms market in Finland – creating a private market so that the processes do not depend solely on the state 🔹 simplification of technologies and military goods exports for Ukraine 🔹 reducing bureaucratic barriers to fundraising campaigns in support of Ukraine We know that changes need time, but Finland is one of the most flexible countries in the world and already leading in getting things done. So eliminating the barriers that prevent Finns from helping Ukraine more and working on our common European security is a necessary step in achieving our shared victory. Deputies also asked us to provide a detailed list of necessary changes in local policies so that they could better support us in our fight for freedom. And we know that together we can make the world a better, safer place for Finns and Ukrainians. The tour is supported by the International Renaissance Foundation

We have completed the reconstruction of the school shelter at Educational and Rehabilitation Center No. 21 in Pushcha-Vodytsia! 💛 This center has become a home for orphaned children evacuated from dangerous regions — Bakhmut, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Kramatorsk, and other frontline cities. It is also dedicated to educating children with disabilities and special educational needs. We are delighted to have created a modern, comfortable, and safe space that meets all the State Emergency Service standards. The basic shelter includes: A large classroom 📚 A playroom 🎨 Three sensory rooms for individual sessions with children, where defectologists, trauma psychologists, psychotherapists, speech therapists, and other specialists work with them An inclusive entrance, adapted restrooms, showers, and infrastructure ♿ Ventilation and offices are equipped according to all regulations. This project became a reality thanks to our wonderful partners: 💛 Grammarly – the generous contribution of this IT company made the reconstruction and space arrangement possible and efficient. We are deeply grateful to the team! 💛 The State Special Transport Service, in response to the foundation's donation of hundreds of items for the service, provided a construction team that remarkably completed most of the building work with speed and quality. They also created a friendly atmosphere for the children! 💛 UNIQA Ukraine – provided the shelter with interactive equipment: tablets, laptops, interactive whiteboards, and innovative devices essential for modern education. Children deserve a safe childhood. For us, it was crucial not just to create a shelter but a space where they feel secure, even during missile attacks. We all deeply wish to ease the lives of children during these challenging times. Every day, we fight the enemy to ensure our children have a future and bring the Safe&Smart project to life to make that future safe ❤️

The Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation team continues to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine and civilians affected by russian aggression — this time – in the north of Europe. In Helsinki, we met representatives of the Finnish Chamber of Commerce, Elinkeinoelämän keskusliitto EK – Confederation of Finnish Industries, Business Finland, Suomen Yrittäjät ry, Tesi, and Software Finland ry. We also had the opportunity to talk to the Sisäministeriö - Inrikesministeriet - Ministry of the Interior, Finland and members of the Eduskunta | Riksdagen | Parliament of Finland. We saw how overwhelming the support of Ukraine among our Finnish partners and friends so we came to explore opportunities for future collaboration. And as it’s a third year of war, we value those who stand with us even more. But at the same time, we understand that if you want to build trustful and sustainable partnerships — something should be given in exchange. And that’s our knowledge of local communities and extensive expertise in military technologies which proved to be useful for those who support the Ukrainian Defence Forces through us and our capabilities. We would like to express our deep gratitude to The Bridge Of Trust 🇺🇦 and our reliable partners Jussi Muurikainen and Erkki Panula for their help in organizing these important meetings during the tour. Together we are bringing the victory of Ukraine closer. Invincible when united! 💙💛 The tour is supported by the International Renaissance Foundation.

Ukraine is currently the most mined country in the world. Over 30% of our territory is contaminated with mines, shells, and other explosive devices, posing a deadly threat not only to the military but also to civilians, children, and animals. The remnants of munitions are particularly dangerous in agricultural areas, as people, despite the risks, will still try to plant gardens and farm the land to secure a harvest. Clearing these areas of explosives will take years. Thousands of sappers are working tirelessly to restore safety to Ukraine. Our humanitarian demining project aims to support mobile demining teams by providing them with essential equipment and technical tools. This will help accelerate the clearing of de-occupied territories. Learn more about our project in the carousel.

Recently, the presentation of the Ukrainian Civil Society Organization Sustainability Index report for 2023 took place. The event was organized by the Ukrainian Independent Center for Political Research with the support of the International Renaissance Foundation. At the event, participants discussed how Ukrainian civil society organizations continue to develop despite the challenges of war. This demonstrates the remarkable ability of CSOs to mobilize and find innovative solutions to support communities in need. Experts, including the head of our Humanitarian Department, Maryna Petrychenko, also discussed the impact of the war on civil society, the importance of international support, and the need to adapt to new conditions. Maryna Petrychenko spoke about collaboration with businesses and communities, emphasizing that transparency in humanitarian aid projects is crucial. 'The financial sustainability of our foundation is thanks to Ukrainians and socially responsible businesses,' Maryna emphasized.
