While we continue to prioritize accurate time reporting, we know that true productivity isn’t just about clocking in hours—it’s about delivering results. In our BPO world, KPIs like call resolution rates, client satisfaction, and meeting service-level agreements speak louder than time spent at a desk. Emmanuel Odongkara PMP® , MSc.QE puts it: 'We measure success by how quickly and effectively we address customer needs, not just by how long we sit at our desks.' https://lnkd.in/dy33DJj

Research reveals the reality beyond debate. While the Coffee Bill 2024 sparked discussion, 93% of farmers remained unaware of its impact. Now, the focus shifts to bridging the gap—ensuring policies serve those they affect most. https://lnkd.in/dy33DJj

Are we making that call to confirm if the flowers are on the way, or are we simply manifesting and hoping for the best? Either way, communication is key—whether in relationships or customer service. https://lnkd.in/dy33DJj #ValentinesDay #CustomerExperience

Emmanuel Odongkara PMP® , MSc.QE continues to share insights from our latest research on Modern Work Preferences and Workforce Trends. As workplaces evolve, hiring strategies must adapt. Our research on Uganda’s workforce reveals that 58% of employees favor remote work, with a strong preference among senior management (80%) and women (80%). This shift challenges traditional work structures and calls for hybrid models, strategic workload distribution, and inclusive policies to accommodate diverse employee needs. To stay ahead, employers must embrace flexible work models, optimize job role structures, and redefine productivity metrics to attract and retain top talent in today’s dynamic work environment. #ResearchMatters #RemoteWork #FlexibilityAtWork https://lnkd.in/dy33DJj

Emmanuel Odongkara PMP® , MSc.QE dives into workplace preferences across different levels of an organization, revealing some eye-opening insights from our latest research. What we found: - Senior Management – 80% prefer remote work, using technology to stay productive without being in the office daily. Nearly half believe they only need to be onsite four days a week or less. - Lower Cadres – 89% feel they need to be in the office full-time, finding structure and routine essential for their roles. Unlike senior managers, flexibility isn’t their top priority—it’s the dynamism of their day-to-day work that keeps them engaged. These differences raise a big question: How do we create work environments that support both leadership’s need for flexibility and operational teams’ preference for structure? #ResearchMatters #RemoteWork #FlexibilityAtWork
