Teachshift is an education non profit dedicated to promoting teacher capacity building. Our mission is to empower teachers through high quality and comprehensive professional development programs, resources and support to enhance their skills, confidence and impact in the classroom. By developing exceptional teachers, we improve learning outcomes for all students and transform lives.
Our core values reflect commitment to continuous improvement, student centered-ness and empowerment of the teacher. We believe that by investing in teacher capacity building, we can make a positive impact in the lives of students in Uganda and across the continent.
