This Thanksgiving, let’s take a moment to reflect on our everyday gratitude. While the big achievements and milestones are undeniably important, they don’t come around every day—and focusing solely on them can mean missing out on the magic of the small moments around us. ☕️ A warm cup of coffee 👯 A kind word from a colleague ⛅️ Sunshine breaking through the clouds 😁 A smile from a loved one These little joys, when appreciated, build a foundation of happiness and positivity in our lives. While the “big things” give us something to aim for, it’s the “little things” that sustain us along the journey. As we celebrate Thanksgiving, let’s practise gratitude for the little moments that brighten our daily lives while keeping our eyes on the larger goals ahead. What’s one little moment you’re grateful for today? Tip: You can support an ‘honest attitude’ by clearly stating your INTENTION. So that your honesty is not seen as criticism but as a wider and deeper intention to speak openly and build trust. Eg. I want to be honest with you and my intention is 100% to strengthen our creative partnership or my intention is absolutely to make sure we make the best use of our time and energy. Think of a challenging situation or relationship. Put your emotions aside for a moment and connect to a deeper intention. Now complete this phrase: “I want to be honest with you and my intention is to…..” When could you start an HONEST conversation with this opening line? Bookmark this video and use your intention to build honesty and trust today. https://hubs.ly/Q02Y1QTP0 #TeamTrust #HonestyAtWork #CollaborationCulture #HighPerformingTeams #WorkplaceIntegrity #GoodToWorkWith #4DHumanBeing

Honesty is one of the most valuable qualities in building trust at work, and it’s a trait we admire so much in our four-legged friends! 🐾 As Patrick Lencioni points out, trust is the foundation of high-performing teams, and honesty is essential to establishing that trust. Inspired by Sam Harris’ reflections in his 2011 book ‘Lying’, honesty is both a powerful gift and a key to simpler, more effective interactions. Honesty starts with being honest with yourself. Is there something you haven’t said that you know you should have said? The sooner you can demonstrate honesty in relationship the more people will immediately love working with you. Could there be areas in your work life where a bit more honesty could help you become a better collaborator? 💼 Read more about honest in this week’s latest article: https://hubs.li/Q02XF7m50 #TeamTrust #HonestyAtWork #CollaborationCulture #HighPerformingTeams #WorkplaceIntegrity #GoodToWorkWith #4DHumanBeing
