This project came together in two phases: 🔹 Phase 1: Modular building sections were pre-tiled at the factory in Bridlington, ensuring precision from the start. 🔹 Phase 2: On-site in Stevenage, where the modular pieces were assembled and seamlessly tiled together, even with multiple trades buzzing around.
