We’ve been a bit quieter on social media lately as our founder, Aron, has been transitioning into a new career. But don’t worry, we’re still hard at work! 🔨 Our St David’s shop to flat conversion is in full swing, with our amazing build team at Ilec Group Ltd putting in 12-hour days this week to get ahead before Christmas. 🎄💪 However, like any big project, we’ve hit a small bump – a delay with the meter install means our completion date will now be pushed back by 15 days. ⚡️ While it's not ideal, it's just part of the process with developments like St David’s. 🐝 Unexpected Discovery at the St Davids Project! 🐝 It’s not every day you uncover a honey bee colony in a property – especially one that’s been thriving for 10 to 15 years! 🏠 During our work on the St Davids project, we found an 8-foot colony tucked away. While it has added some stress and unexpected costs, we’re pleased to share that the colony has been safely removed by the specialists at 'Beemoval'.
