As I fly back from #zohopartnersummit2025 I realise that the event may have wrapped up for some. For me, the journey has just begun. It is now my mission to impart the passion, knowledge and inspiration shared with us during the event, to the wider A2Z Cloud team. Enabling us to hit 2025 running at full tilt and ensure our amazing customers and partners extract maximum value from the Zoho platform. As always, it is the people behind the tech that make this ecosystem truly unique and special. I am eternally grateful for the employees that gave time out of their day to meet or chat with us this week to share their knowledge and wisdom, often having to fit around our hectic schedule. So thank you to Aarthi Elizabeth Vignesh C Navaniranjan N Nishanth Sundararaju Sathya Narayanan Krishna Kumar Ramesh Subramanian Mani Vembu Ramprakash Ramamoorthy and all the others I have missed. Also a massive thank you to Shanmuganandhan (Seb) M, Sachin Agrawal and the Zoho UK 🙏 team for inviting A2Z Cloud to be a part of this remarkable event. The introduction given to the history and culture of the Tamil region will stay with me. I was dumbfounded and humbled by the warmth, passion and absolute verve for life shown by the Tamil people, regardless of their situation or status. Western culture could learn a heck of lot from them !! Lastly, thank you to Lucy Beck for given Sonia Batey and I the opportunity to represent A2Z Cloud. I will now sleep for the entire weekend whilst I prepare to jump head first into kickstarting 2025 😴💤🛌

I have been discussing partnerships internally at A2Z Cloud. As a Zoho Premium Partner, we are aware that there are some truly great applications out there. I do wonder though, are we missing any? If you have a great product that could add real value to our services, then we would love to hear from you. There are 2 stipulations that are non negotiable. 1. Must integrate into Zoho, either via a native connector or via RESTful API with no requirement for integration platforms. 2. Must deliver true value to our customers !!! When it comes to CRM and other applications, your system is your daily workflow, your team's processes, and your operational infrastructure. Your systems are what deliver consistent performance and catch you when things go awry. This can translate to: 🔧 Robust development processes 🔧 Efficient customer feedback loops 🔧 Automated quality assurance 🔧 Continuous improvement These systems ensure that even on your worst day, your team is still producing quality work!
