Our Corporate Finance and Corporate Tax teams were delighted to have supported Whiterock on their investment into Solarfix NI Ltd.   The team, led by Ashok Thomas and Malachy McLernon, provided financial and tax due diligence services to Whiterock.   Solarfix are a leading supplier of solar panels across Northern Ireland.    Whiterock have provided a c.£1.5million funding package to support Solarfix in advancing energy saving solutions and helping to further reduce costs and emissions for businesses and homeowners.    Best wishes to all parties involved!

Our Corporate Finance and Transactional Tax teams are delighted to advise the shareholders of J+S Subsea in the raising of growth capital from Foresight Group. J+S Subsea is a multi-award winning subsea engineering company specialising in the provision, repair and refurbishment of subsea control systems. The growth capital from Foresight will support J+S Subsea to achieve its ambitious plans, growing both internationally and into adjacent sectors. To date, Foresight has invested over £58 million into companies located across Scotland. The corporate finance team led by Callum Gray, supported by Euan Middleton and Ross Grant originated the investment as part of a selective marketing process, together with providing lead advisory and structuring services to the shareholders of J+S Subsea.
