Introducing Our Brand New B1 Foiling Machine! 🚀 We’re thrilled to announce a significant addition to our equipment lineup at ACA—a brand new B1 foiling machine from the UP Group! This advanced machine is set to revolutionise our foiling capabilities, offering numerous benefits to our valued clients. Here’s why we’re so excited about our new machine: 🔹 Bigger Sheet Size Capacity Our new machine can handle sheets up to 1060mm, an increase from our previous 1040mm capacity. This enhancement allows for greater foil coverage, expanding our production capabilities significantly. 🔹 Increased Foiling Capacity With the ability to accommodate more cartons on larger sheets, this upgrade translates to greater capacity and substantial cost savings for our customers. 🔹 Advanced Foil Pulls The machine features five different foil pulls (three front, two side), enhancing versatility and efficiency in our foiling processes. 🔹 Enhanced Dwell Timing This ensures better pressure application to the foils, resulting in higher quality finishes, especially for intricate foiling jobs. The more detail, the better! 🔹 Chase Changer This feature allows for quicker and smoother transitions between jobs, boosting our overall productivity. 🔹 Longer Foil Pulls Previously at 1200m, we can now achieve up to 1800m foil pulls. Fewer foil changes mean longer run times and faster turnarounds. 🔹 Expanded Paper Range We can now foil down to 60gsm paper, compared to our previous 150gsm limit. This opens up a whole new range of foiling services for different customers and enhances our offerings for current clients. Additionally, this machine will be replacing one of the B1 foiling machines at our site in Glasgow. The machine being swapped out will be heading down to our new partner, Celloglas, to expand and improve their foiling capabilities. This collaboration allows us to extend our high-quality services and innovations even further.
