Launched in mid-2019, Acorn Property Invest is the fundraising arm of Acorn Property Group, one of the UK’s leading medium-sized housebuilders. Acorn Property Invest was created to enable investors to diversify into the vibrant UK property market in a way that is simple and transparent. We provide the certainty of a fixed-term investment with either regular fixed income or capital growth, plus a share of profits. Investing and managing your investments via our online platform, is quick and easy. There are no set-up or management fees, and our rates of return compare favourably with many other asset classes including an investment in physical property. Acorn have been delivering award-winning homes for 26 years. Our focus is on medium- to high-value areas across the South West of England and South Wales, where we take a design-led, bespoke approach that sets us apart from both larger housebuilders and small, local developers. In the last ten years alone we have repaid over £380m to investors, never defaulting on a repayment. We are committed to sustainable build practices and continuously strive to reduce the carbon footprint of our homes. In line with our Acorn Green principles, all our new build developments will be Zero Carbon from summer 2023.
