How do your children imagine their futures with AI? As we drive AI forward today, are we taking the time to listen to the voices of the next generation, those who will experience the greatest changes AI brings? We asked children not what they think will happen, but what they want for their future. To this end, we removed ‘AI’ from the initial question entirely. Why? Because it’s their vision that will ultimately shape how AI is applied. #Google #ExperienceAI #AI #artificialintelligence #machinelearning #STEM #education #experienceAIchallenge #AcrossThePond #meaningfulstorytelling Thanks to Hannah de Vere White at Google. https://lnkd.in/e9gZppiW

Bonus points if you recognise this entrance in the daylight. #MinistryOfSound is the venue for the inaugural Brands & Culture conference, looking at the intersection between, well, those things. If you're here come say hello. Tabitha Newbound Christopher Godfree #brandsnculture

Fighting back against online scams in Singapore 🇸🇬 We're excited to share 'The Thaw', our latest project with Google Singapore. It tells the inspiring true story of Willie Lee, a scam victim turned digital literacy vigilante who empowers his community. Why it matters: Online scams can be devastating, but there's hope. Google.org is supporting Bamboo Builders as they launch SG ScamWISE, an initiative aiming to educate 100,000 vulnerable youths and seniors by 2026. “The strongest frontline against online scams is not an anti-scam product or a bank partnership. It is the very people on the ground, who can initiate grassroots micro-movements to protect themselves and their loved ones. That’s why we are proud to partner Google on this impactful project and celebrate the on-ground reality of how every beneficiary of their digital literacy drive is a changemaker within the community.” - Andrea Lau, Creative Director #SaferWithGoogle #DigitalLiteracy Google #SGScamWISE https://lnkd.in/e5q_EgEi

Did you know there might be a more efficient and more accurate way to predict climate change? The latest episode of Research Bytes explains more... #climatechange #ai Google Research
We all talk a lot about the weather -- but what, exactly, rising global temperatures mean for our future isn't always clear. 🌎 ⛈️ Today, Nature published work by #GoogleResearch on NeuralGCM. NeuralGCM simulates the Earth's atmosphere by combining physics-based models with ML to enable faster and more accurate results -- which could allow us to better prepare for, and better adapt to climate change. 🌡 Check out the video: https://lnkd.in/dfazGGNn Learn more in Nature: https://lnkd.in/dqgvqawC
