  • 📊 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰: 𝗔 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 🌟 When I try to sum up 2024 in a single word, the first one that stands out is “challenging.” Many non-profits have struggled to achieve growth between the cost-of-living crisis and the turbulence caused by elections worldwide, and even we at Actually Data Analytics have adapted our expectations over the last twelve months. Still, upon reflection on what we do – helping you connect with your supporters through data – we have discovered new ways to deliver on our mission. It’s why the word I would use to sum up 2024 is “opportunity.” 🔍 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆: 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 Over the last year, we have launched new modules for the ADRFM Reporting Suite, expanding how clients can utilise their data to understand their supporters. We have also worked with Engaging Networks to offer two new products – an Integration Tool for Charity CRMs and a Gift Aid HMRC Submission Tool – designed to cut costs and save time for users of their fundraising and advocacy toolsets so they can focus on other opportunities. 💡 𝗔 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 We also very recently became the UK’s first Engaging Networks Full-Service Partner. In addition to the Implementation Strategy and Technology Development services we have been providing, we are now approved to offer Design Development and Account Services. We’re incredibly proud of this achievement, as it proves that we have the expertise to help clients get the most from Engaging Networks’ toolset at every stage of their campaigns. 🌈 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 But that’s just the beginning of the opportunities Actually Data Analytics can offer. As an accredited partner of Beacon CRM and a continued supporter of Blackbaud’s clients, our latest achievement demonstrates that we can develop and deliver the solutions you need, no matter the systems you use. As 2025 nears, we aim to increase support so no charity feels left behind. We want everyone to succeed and the best way to do that is by making data accessible to all. That’s what sets Actually Data Analytics apart from our contemporaries; we recognise the simple truth at the heart of that data: It’s all about the people. From the dedicated professionals running campaigns to the supporters who believe in making a change, we're here to support every step of the journey. This is why we will use 2025 to build upon every opportunity we have taken; whether it be the next iteration of the ADRFM Reporting Suite, the new solutions we will develop for users of every CRM system, or our ongoing mission to help non-profits of all sizes realise their potential.
