Another one bites the dust... I suppose it was only a matter of time, given that #Dext had stopped listening to any feedback months and months ago and I suppose they were gearing up for a relationship with Iris who are equally good at ignoring feedback. At least that explains why they upset so many people with their pricing remodel at the beginning of the year; doing Iris's dirty work for them. I didn't look back after moving from Senta to #Karbon just 24 hours after the announcement of that purchase. I am sure the move away from Dext will be equally swift as it has been costing my practice time and money to keep going with a decreasingly effective platform. Time to find all of our clients a platform deserving of their hard earned cash...
